Lucifer The Vampire
The next day, during noon—the library of university campus.
I've ran out of ideas for the next episode of my ongoing story. I came here deciding to find a romantic book that can inspire me. The books here are pretty good, exclusive.
The professors and a few special students can get access here. Of course, I'm special, and rich.
Hmm.. I've almost checked all the corners. I've finished reading most of them. How about checking the last row in the back, they might save the best ones there.
Following my quick footsteps, as I reached near the shelves, I could hear someone huffing. It was as if—a person struggling to live. Yet— it sounds somewhat creepy.
A cold shiver ran down my spine.

"Orada kim var?! (Who's there?!)"
I shouted with all my might - My legs, I couldn't move them. They went numb. An unknown fear rose inside me.
The groan from that unknown figure doesn't sound humanlike. I don't dare to take a peak.
Take deep breaths. Fear only makes you weak! Sakin ol (Keep calm), Feray.

"Don't just hide there, Korkak(Funky). Sesini yükselt! (Speak up!) Or I'll call the guards!"
Lucifer Grey
"Lütfen sessiz ol, Feray, şimdiden çok acıtıyor. (Please be quiet, Feray, it hurts so much already.)"
It felt like everything happened in a blink, Lucifer, like an unstoppable storm, pressed me against the wall, his palms held my head against his chest —
I could feel his unsteady breath shower my neck. His heartbeat was faster than usual, almost like a human.
And his veins were visible — bluish blood running through them, his groan became more agonising.

"...You are everywhere."
I know this isn't the right time for chitchat, but I'm really scared of Lucifer right now... I want to distract my mind.
I've never seen him like this before, ...though I've let him drink my blood multiple times. He blindfolded me each time.
Lucifer Grey
"Feray.. I've restrained myself from feeding on human blood for more than a month—I wanted to prove that I'm not the monster you know. ...I can't tolerate the hunger more... I'm a blood sucking beast after all."
Did he really—All because of me? Can a vampire live without drinking blood for that long?
Some part of me didn't want to believe him, yet, he's not the one to boast.
His arms free me, taking a few unsteady steps backwards, he knelt, covering his face with palm — I stared at him all the while. Not knowing what to do — But I'm sure he wants me to leave.

"How about.. We call Lucian, your step-brother? He can help you."
Lucifer Grey
"He's, Huff... gone to the capital."
Leyla Feray
"...Can I help?"
Lucifer shrugged. His body shakes vigorously, the veins looked as if they might come out, tearing his skin, any moment.
Lucifer Grey
"Just leave, please,... I don't want to drain your blood again."
I wish I would listen to him.. But curiosity got the better of me. I wanted to know how he looks like, entirely as a vampire.
I've only felt his fangs on my skin, he never allowed me to see him in his true form.
...Curiosity is dangerous.
My legs took me to his direction, he, trying to subdue the agony, groans — Ever so loudly.
My fingers reached out to caress his palms that covers the face, sensing my attachment, his body went stiff.
The palms that covered the face slid down, his hands held onto mine.. His fine nails turned black — and long.
Lucifer Grey
"You wanted to see me like this.. Hiss.. Didn't you?!"
When he finally looks up at me, his bangs went back, revealing his bluish face, with visible veins all over — And the eyeballs, they imitate the colour of blood, instead of the charming emerald green eyes I adore. The fangs peek out, as I'm suddenly pulled towards him.
He's not himself anymore. It's not like he's the one to blame, it was my curiosity leading me all along.
I'm afraid I might not survive this bite,.. before I could think more, his fangs pierce my wrist — and the vast pang pours inside me...
