The clink of plates and glasses replaced conversation until the main course . It gave me a chance to prepare myself for telling my parents about my result.

I still hadn't told my family I'd gotten my result of mid semester. Everytime i tried , the words made it halfway up my throat before they withered and died.

It's not like I got failed or something it just that I didn't get the marks my parents would be expecting from me.

I have always been a average student in studies from the starting and my parents want me to go in business field where as my interest is in Sculpture.

I think I can't hide this anymore. I have to tell them one day then why not today only.
