At Singhania Mansion

The doorbell was ringing continuously when a butler opened the door. Nia and Tanya came to visit her after their college.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Hello Reema bi," Tanya said as she went to the kitchen and saw Reema bi was doing kitchen chores.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Where is Shanaya?" She asked.

Remma (Fl caretaker)

"She is in her room, you both go, I will bring the refreshment," Reema bi indicated and smiled.

At Shanaya Bedroom

Tanya (Fl friend)

"So you are saying that you didn't know how you ended up in the VIP room?" Tanya inquired after a while and a nod as to what she got in reply.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"I remember... Someone came out of the blue inside that storeroom when I was calling for help. Maybe he had heard me screaming and came to help me" Shanaya explained, recalling the incident last night.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Did you see him?" Nia asked and Shanaya shook her head.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"I was so scared that time I couldn't think of anything else" Shanaya sighed leaning her back on the bedpost.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Do you remember something like anything? Did he try to touch you by any means?" Tanya looked at her suspiciously, joining her eyebrows.

Nia (Fl friend)

"What rubbish? You are scaring her" Nia smacked her head and nudged her aside.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"Relax Tanya, nothing happened like you are assuming," Shanaya let out, rolling her eyes, at least she remembered nothing had happened like that.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"How can you be so sure? You know, you were wrapped in this coat when we found you in that VIP room," Tanya showed her that coat, and she remembered how she was clutching that coat in her fear.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Your look were messed up, and you were looking so tempting last night that any man could hardly rectify himself," Tanya said, and it only scared her more.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Not all the men are the same, and whoever he was, he helped her and if he wanted to do something then he wouldn't have left her there and tugged his coat on her properly" Nia contended.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"You both are just scaring me, please shut up," Shanaya said pressing her head with her index finger.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"You have a point I think," Tanya said to Nia after thinking deeply. "But the question is who was he?" She added further.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"He is a mystery man, I don't think I am meeting him again" Shanaya sighed and leaned back again just then Reema bi entered with some snacks and refreshments.

Remma (Fl caretaker)

"Who is meeting whom?" Shanaya was startled upon hearing Reema bi's voice and shook her head as no, cautioning them not to spill out anything.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Thank you so much Reema bi, you are so sweet" Tanya cooed while taking the food tray from her.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Reema bi, she's buttering you just for your handmade chocolate cake. Don't make her any" Nia said and Tanya stick her tongue out playfully in a reply.

Remma (Fl caretaker)

"I will make some for you girls, just wait a little more" Reema bi smiled and went out.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Didn't you tell anyone about that man?" Nia asked when Reema bi was out of the room.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"They only know I have got a panic attack but who saved me, they don't know about it" Shanaya replied.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Don't you think you should tell uncle?" Nia asserted.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

You both know my dad, and I don't want to stress him about me anymore. He was already tense because of the company's matters, and it's not that necessary to make it a big issue" Shanaya replied, sipping her orange juice.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Yeah, you are right, anyway, let's enjoy the snacks," Tanya said, licking her lips, and they chuckled.

Nia (Fl friend)

"No one will suspect you of being a foodie just looking at your slim figure," Nia said and Tanya straightened her invisible collar proudly.

Just then Tanya's phone chimed with a message. Unlocking her phone when she read the message, she rolled her eyes back.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"That annoying jerk won't let me be at peace" she cursed the person under her breath.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"Ranbir?" Shanaya asked, more like she knew who it could be.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Who else?" Tanya rolled her eyes again.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Stop rolling your eyes, at least talk to him," Nia told her.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"There's nothing to talk about," Tanya said in annoyance.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Don't you think you are being rude to him?" Nia tried to knock some sense in her mind, but she was adamant about her decision.

Another message popped on her phone, and before she could look at it Nia grabbed her phone and turned on the play button. It was a voice note, and she put the phone on speaker. "I...am sorry, please, at least...give me a chance to explain myself. Don't punish me like this. I...won't be able to live, Tanya" Hearing the whimper and sobs between the voice messages, Tanya went numb, she muffled her whimper and pressed her lips in a thin line.

Ranbir and Tanya we're dating for the past few months. He was the hottest playboy of the college and was madly head over heels for Tanya. Tanya also liked him, but she purposefully played hard to get but at last they ended up together. Things got worse when his ex-girlfriend scammed him and at the freshers party they were caught by Tanya in a compromising position.

Tanya refused to talk to him and ignored him as if he didn't exist for her. Ranbir might be a cool college dude, but he changed himself for her. He tried many times to talk it out with her, but she refused to listen to him.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"This is enough, you should talk to him," Shanaya confided, looking straight into her eyes.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"I... I don't want to talk to him" no matter how hard Tanya tried to look unaffected, but she was hurt deep inside.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"You are not only punishing him but yourself too. Everyone deserves a second chance if they realize their mistakes. Don't you think Ranbir too deserves the chance, at least once" Shanaya softly said trying to make her understand.

Tanya slumped her shoulder as if a burden left her and hugged Shanaya tightly and cried her heart out.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"That jerk still affects me. Still, his pain makes me feel guilty" she whimpers between her cries.

Shanaya Singhania (Fl)

"It's fine. It's okay to cry. I just want you to be happy, and your happiness is only with him" Shanaya said, caressing her back gently.

She pulled away and wiped her overflowing tears and running nose.

Nia (Fl friend)

"He changed for you. We all can see that" Nia said.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Were you not the one who warned me to stay away from that jerk?" Tanya said, and a smile formed on her lips.

Nia (Fl friend)

"Of course I did. Because at that time he was a jerk. And now he changed himself from a jerk to a gentleman. His sincerity shows in his eyes and I can assure you he won't let you down this time" Nia explained wrapping one arm around her shoulder.

Nia (Fl friend)

"And it is a perfect time to give him a chance as he realized his mistake and won't dare to repeat it," Nia defined.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"I will talk to him," Tanya said and they both hugged her, choking her to breathe. "Guys stop it, I can't breathe," Tanya shouted.

Nia (Fl friend)

"We are so happy for you" Nia beamed and smooched her cheeks.

Tanya (Fl friend)

"Ah! I am not a lesbian stay back" Tanya groaned and rubbed her cheeks.

And a wave of laughter echoed in the room.

Rajeev Singhania (Fl father)

"What the hell does he think of himself? All the while I came here, and he just cancelled the meeting again without any notice. He should have told this before calling me here" Rajeev roared at his secretary David while David just stood with his head hung low.

Avyaansh asked his assistant to arrange a meeting with Rajeev in a private hotel and at last he didn't show up, and it angered him. He came for the meeting leaving Shanaya alone and when again he ended up waiting it irked him more.

David (Fl father's secratary)

"I also have no idea about this sir, just a few minutes before I got the call from his assistant and he said that his boss is out of the city for a few days" David informed him.

Rajeev Singhania (Fl father)

"Just because of the deal do I have to bear his recklessness. Is he the same businessman running the RM holdings when he was this reckless" Rajeev sneered in anger and splashed the coffee mug on the ground.

Rajeev Singhania (Fl father)

"Get the car ready. I will go home" Rajeev ordered and David left, nodding at him.

While Avyaansh smirked from a corner table, looking at frustrated Rajeev. When Rajeev left he stood up and walked toward his awaiting car.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"Drive to the office" ordered his driver and he got busy with his iPad, checking emails.

After a while he arrived at his office and went straight to his cabin. He took out the earring from the drawer.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"Shanaya" her name rolled out his tongue ever so melodiously. "It's time to meet" he smirked as thinking about some evil plan he set up for her, gazing at the earring that he picked last night from the storeroom of the club.

Natasha (Ml friend)

"What are you going to do next?" Natasha asked when he was staring at her earring haphazardly.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"What do you think I should do next?" He put the earring back in the drawer. Instead of replying, he asked, walking towards the glass balcony of his office cabin.

Natasha (Ml friend)

"I am sure you have something on your mind, well, I had talked with the college authority, they want to meet you tomorrow. Should I set up your meeting?" Natasha asked.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"Arrange it after two days," Avyaansh said, looking out of the balcony in deep thought.

Natasha (Ml friend)

"Next week is the launching day of our new products," Natasha informed him. "You have to attend the party" she further added.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"You know I hate engaging with those people" Avyaansh now fully turned towards her and spoke firmly.

Natasha (Ml friend)

"At least for an hour, you have to be there" she rolled her eyes in annoyance.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"Am I annoying you?" Avyaansh narrowed his eyes at her.

Natasha (Ml friend)

"For now, yes, you are annoying me. Every time it's only me attending the guest and having to make excuses for you" she pointed out his ignorance.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"You can handle these grand events. My target is something else" He declared, sliding both his hands inside his pockets, looking ahead at the busy roads of Mumbai city.

Natasha (Ml friend)

"You had spent your day and nights on this project at least you should attain this party" before Avyaansh could retort Natasha added "please".

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

He pressed his lips together before saying "okay, but for an hour".

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"And remember to invite Singhania's too, that would be interesting," he said, giving his evil smirk. "Actually, leave it, tomorrow I will personally invite him," he said.

Natasha (Ml friend)

"Are you meeting him tomorrow?" Natasha asked him in astonishment as he said he would be postponing the meeting for next month.

Avyaansh Malhotra (Ml)

"Tomorrow is the day" came his reply while his eyes narrowed dangerously and lips spread into an evil smile.

Natasha left after discussing their launching products.
