Episode 4
A soft breeze ruffles my hair as my small hands pick up beautiful flowers from a field.
taehyung
I turn around and run towards my mother.
taehyung
"Mom! I brought you some flowers! Look!"
She smiles beautifully as she ruffles my hair and takes the flowers.
mother
"They are beautiful, sweetie, just like you."
taehyung
I smile happily, when suddenly, everything turns into darkness. The sun disappears, and a cold wind makes me shiver.
taehyung
I look around me.
taehyung
"Mom? Where are you?"
I feel a presence behind me, a hot breath on my neck. My body paralyzes in fear.
A voice speaks. I swallow hard.
taehyung
I whisper softly, starting to run fast. I have to get away from him, that's all I know.
？？？
"You can't escape from me."
He sounds so amused, his voice right behind me.
I keep running but it's useless. My tired legs trip, and I fall to the floor. I feel a hot liquid beneath me, so I bring my hands to my face and I see it. It's blood.
I look in front of me and tears immediately fill my eyes as I see my mother lying dead on the ground.

I feel a hand on my shoulder.
？？？
"Red suits her, don't you think?"
I scream, opening my eyes.
taehyung
I blink, trying to clear my vision and realize where I am. My bed, I'm in my bed.
"It was another nightmare."
I sit up, feeling the sweat on my forehead and my heavy breathing. Nightmares are getting worse every day.
I look at the clock, marking 4:18 am. I always wake up around the same time.
I decide to go and freshen up my face in the bathroom, so I slowly open the door.
Furthermore, I look to the side, hoping the guard in charge will let me use the bathroom, when I realize he's sleeping.
taehyung
I smile, getting out slowly and walking towards the bathroom without making much noise.
I enter and close the door behind me when a boy suddenly lets a gasp in surprise as he sees me.
？？？
"Oh my god, you scared the hell out of me! I thought I was going to get caught!"
he whispers loudly as he brings his hand to his heart.
taehyung
"Oh, I'm sorry, I wasn't expecting anyone to be here at this time."
he lets out a soft chuckle.
Haru
"Don't worry about it. I'm Haru. I think I haven't met you before."
taehyung
"What are you doing here so late? You said something about getting caught..."
Haru
"Oh, isn't it because of the same reason you're here? Aren't you escaping to the campfire in the woods?"
Haru
"You don't know? It's a secret meeting, you know, boys and girls can't interact in here, so we have a campfire late at night once a month when we can talk and socialize."
taehyung
"All the girls and boys?"
Haru
"Not all, just some from the first floor who have more freedom."
Haru
"You should join too"
taehyung
"I don't know if I should..."
Haru
"Of course you should! It'll be fun."
he seems very excited, but I think about it for a second. I try to find some motivation to go, and I tell myself to try it one last time, to try to find something that will ease my pain, to distract my mind even if it's just a little.
taehyung
"Okay, I will go."
Haru
my smile grows big, and I lifted my arm to point at the window.
Haru
"We'll escape through the window."
But just as he lifts her arm, I'm able to see some scars on his wrist. He followed my gaze, noticing.
Haru
"There's a lot, right?"
taehyung
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"
Haru
"Don't worry, you don't have to apologize. Everyone has their own dark past in here, right?"
I nod slightly and he quickly speaks again.
