2nd chapter : ADIRA

Present

Adira then went to bar and was drinking, when her phone rang. She picked up the call and it was a call from her bestie, SIMRAN.

"Where are you,dira?" Asked simran. "Me. I am at a bar and u know what Syria and that ***** cheated on me.😭🤧 I saw them together in a bed and that also in a motel😭. How could Syria do this to me.😢" Said adira while crying and  drunk.

"Yes, I know, Bae u don't need to worry about them. You have me right." Replied sinran while tracking her location.

"What should I do, should I just die, no no I can't die and why would I die and for whom hicckkk" said adira whipping and crying in a drunk voice.

While she was complaining to simran about her life, simran reached there and took adira home. They are currently living in an apartment near the hospital. Simran is also a surgeon, adira and she are Co workers. Simran has a fiancée whom she is dating since 10th standard. Literally they are childhood sweethearts.

Morning

"WHY does my head hurts so much 😫 "  exclaimed adira.

"well, of course it will hurt, who told u to go and drink so much ,u even vomited on me." Simran said while rolling her eyes.

" did I vomit on you, oh shit I am so  so sorryy babe. I didn't mean to do that. Let me treat you today ok" said adira.

" well u didn't need to, I forgave you. But still if you want to treat me, you can. Who will decline free food". Said simran cunningly in a cute way.

"Sly fox" said adira, giving a side eye.

After the breakfast they went to the hospital. Even though adira is a surgeon she is good with kids too. Time passed and now adira was packing her stuff to go back. She finished her shift and  today  was simran's night shift, so adira had to go back alone. She preferred to walk till the apartment. She reached home, made a packet of Ramen with eggs and ate it while watching a k drama. She slept.

In her nightmare

"Uncleeee noo noo......."

She wake up huffing trying to catch her breath. She was sweating a lot.

Adira's POV

I had a nightmare again. Why is it happening to me always. I just fvking hate it. The sun's ray is peeping at my room through the window. It is morning. I have to freshen up and get to work. Fighting fighting you can do it. Let's go.

END OF ADIRA'S POV

Adira went to hospital after getting ready and having breakfast. She only has a morning shift today. So she planned to go out on a solo trip. Even though she has friends still she loves spending time alone and prioritize herself.

In the hospital

"Good morning, Dr. Adira" ---- the   receptionist.

" hmm, good morning. BTW have you seen Dr. Simran somehow. I mean where are others, I can't see them."

Said adira.

"Oh, others.... don't you know today the director is here and called everyone for a meeting." Said the receptionist awkwardly as she thought adira knew already that.

"Ahhh, so I guess I am late today, as they already went for the meeting and no one informed me"----- adira

"Hmmm, I guess so," Replied the receptionist.

Adira then went to the meeting room.
