Chapter-4 [Breakdown]

“Who is this… why he is giving me cold stares and why I'm feeling betrayed”

She felt overwhelmed by the emotions of sorrow, despair, and confusion that were coursing through her. No matter how hard she tried to make sense of it, she could never fully understand why she was subjected to this deep suffering. She had no idea why the man was making her feel this way, but she knew that his presence was the source of her darkest moments. Despite feeling helpless, she was determined to find the strength to push through this nightmare, Tears streamed down her face as she looked around at the lifeless bodies that lay before her. She was filled with sorrow and despair, and the questions kept flooding into her mind: why had she been subjected to this pain? Why was she feeling helpless and hopeless? Why was the man here, making her feel the worst feeling of despair? Why had all these innocent souls perished? She felt powerless to do anything but she clung to her last remaining hope as the man knelt beside her and caressed her hair. His touch was gentle and sent warmth throughout her body, offering her a moment of solace in her darkest hour.

“It would be nice if you didn't do that, at least we could be friends”

When she woke up and found herself on her bed, confusion and disorientation swept through her. She couldn't understand how she had ended up there when she was supposed to be on campus. As she rose and made her way downstairs, she soon discovered even more surprises awaiting her. Her mother was sitting at the kitchen table, and the expression of relief that spread across her face as she saw her daughter sent a shiver of dread down her spine. Curious and apprehensive, she asked her mother what had happened earlier that morning and why she had been brought home.

"Lusi... what you did today wasn't very graceful... why on earth you would beat up a guy just because you bumped into him, and he tried to help you? He was such respectful toward you and me... But you punched his face? His nose was bleeding. Do you think you are a small child? Your professor had to call me because of your behavior... Thank god that boy was nice, so he didn't want you to get punished, otherwise you could get suspension because f your violence!!"

When heard this from her mother, she was shocked...

"What?"

Lusi couldn't say anything more than this.

" sighhh! Dear, I know you never caused trouble for me before... Do you have something that this troubling you? You can share with me, honey! I know you are trying to be mature since your childhood so that you don't bother me. But remember nothing matters for me than my daughter's well-being"

After hearing this from her mother, she couldn't help but tear began to fell from her eye. Her mother was shocked, it's been a while since she saw Lusi crying like this...

" OH MY GOD! What happened? Did something happen?  Did someone told something to you?"  Her mother rushed to hug her...

" Nothing, Mom! I'm just having some nightmare these days..." told Lusi while wiping her tears.

"Mom... I should go and take some rest... And as for that guy, don't worry, I'll apologize tomorrow"

Her mother sighed and answered her,

" Okay... Don't worry, that is just a dream! And you are my warrior daughter. I and your dad is proud that we got such a strong girl"

After that she went back to her room, but she didn't know it was only the beginning of the nightmare...
