[ ︎°You Will Only Ever Belong To Me° ︎]
Episode 6: Cars
There was a car in front of the porch
The windows were dark so no one could see through them
But Aurora was able to sense someone's eyes on her as soon as they had reached the house
The one in the back which was facing right towards the door gave her a frightening feeling
Aurora Avyanna
Why are there so many cars...
Cautiously, Aurora made her way to the door when she heard the car door opening
She turned around to see a tall man with glasses, wearing a suit, holding a briefcase
The man smiled at her gently and she could feel a sudden air of calmness surging into her
But there seemed to be someone else in the car because the feeling of being watched unknowingly didn't fade away
Aurora could feel the person inside staring at her from a closer distance at the time
But the man in front of her seemed harmless, so Aurora smiled back to him
Aurora Avyanna
Do you need something?
Unknown
Are you the daughter of the Dylan family?
Aurora Avyanna
Yes, do you need my parents?
Aurora Avyanna
"I was right. There is another person in there..."
Aurora Avyanna
I don't think their home right now
Aurora Avyanna
And they most likely won't be back 'til late tonight
Aurora Avyanna
If it's alright, you can tell me what you need
Unknown
It's better to speak to them
Unknown
Please let them know when they returned that we came
Unknown
Have a good evening
With that, the man got back in the car and Aurora waited for the cars to leave before going inside
She unlocked the door and walked inside just to fall onto the floor
She had been so nervous just now
The feeling didn't fade until the cars were out of sight and that absolutely frightened her
Aurora grabbed a cup and poured herself some water to drink so that she could calm a bit
Aurora Avyanna
Who are a those people though...
Aurora Avyanna
They seemed to be polite enough... they can't be here to cause trouble right…
Some time had passed since then
Aurora spent the day listening to music and writing on her journal
This was a hobby she had maintained since a few years back
It helped her calm down and refresh her mind
Right as she finished, she felt light tapping on the window next to her,
She slowly closed the book and put it back non the shelf as the tapping continued
She sighed as soon as the book was on the shelf, slowly preparing herself, she turned around to the window
She was startled ti see it wasn't what she expected
As if it was a robot, within timed pauses, the bird continued to tap on the glass window
Curious, Aurora walked to the window and opened it
As soon as she did, the yellow little bird flew in and settled on the top of a shelf
This confused Aurora a bit too much
Birds weren't often visitors to her room
So why was this little bird in her room?
When she looked back at the place the bird had stayed, she found a piece of shriveled up paper
She took the piece of paper, curiosity taking over and found a note inside
Somehow frightened, Aurora threw the paper outside and closed the window sliding down with a thud
She covered her face with both her palms and shivered at the thought
There wasn't any name or signature on the paper making it impossible to even find out who it was
Realizing how the note reached her, she looked up at the shelf and saw the little bird was asleep
She carefully stepped on a stool to reach the top and cautiously took the little bird in her hands
Its soft feathered brushed against her thumb as it awoke and stroked its head on her,
It was the most adorable scene she had ever seen, but she knew the bird had to go
So carefully making way to the window, she opened it ti let the bird out
Unfortunately, it had no plans of leaving, so she forcefully let it out just for it wait outside her window even after it was closed
feeling somehow guilty, she closed the curtains and jumped on her bed
Feeling inexplicably tired from the things surrounding her recently
She soon drifted off to sleep
