Chapter 12

Xie Li got up from starting to prepare himself for school. Xie Li didn't use any gel just let his hair down. "You're handsome enough you just put on some stupid gel to make you geeky just to keep your hair parted." Xie Li mumbled who was wearing a white shirt and black jeans. Xie Li put on black sneakers and took his bag outside.

___Emerald Senior High School___

Emerald Senior High School is a school that free student to wear what they want except for official events where they must wear uniforms.

Everyone looked at Xie Li who came in with shocked looks as if they didn't recognize him at all. Junjie approached him. "Good, I'll treat you to a meal." Junjie said pulling Xie Li's hand. Xie Li let go of Junjie's hand and walked away. "Huang Xie Li! Stop right there!" Junjie shouted angrily.

Xie Li turned to look at Junjie before leaving. Rumors started to rise and get bad about Xie Li's bad attitude and his rumors about beautiful women. Xie Li didn't seem to care and went about his day as usual.

Xie Li walked in and found all eyes on him. Xie Li was silent and took his food then put it in an empty place before he could sit down and saw Junjie who was also carrying a tray of food. Junjie approached him angrily and placed his food beside Xie Li.

"Huang Xie Li, how dare you refuse my invitation! We even spent the night together but you..." Junjie's words stopped because Xie Li kissed Junjie's lips. Junjie was shocked until his eyes widened. Xie Li broke the kiss.

"Nice spectacle." Said An Rong who was sitting in front of Xie Li. Shunxi gave Xie Li a thumbs up. Shunxi sat in front of Junjie. Meanwhile, Yuliang sitting beside Shunxi just smiled. Xie Li sat down and ate his food.

Junjie sat down and ate awkwardly. Some students started gossiping. "They spent the night together?" "Isn't Xie Li fond of beautiful women?" "But he spends the night with men?" "What does that mean he likes men not women?" "That means the rumors are not proven." Rumors began to spread.

"I don't have but it would be annoying if I wanted to find a girlfriend." Junjie said annoyed. "What if I become your boyfriend?" Xie Li said calmly. Junjie choked on the drink he was drinking. Xie li stroked Junjie's back worriedly.

"Drink slowly." Xie Li said worriedly. An Rong, Shunxi and Yuliang looked at the two before looking at each other then smiling. "If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be choking!" Junjie said annoyed. Xie Li stood up about to go somewhere but orange juice was splashed on his body. Xie Li looked at the culprit coldly. "How dare you harass Junjie!" said the first woman. "Cheap man!" said the third woman. Stay away from Junjie!" said the second woman.

"Junjie is mine, nothing to do with you guys!" Xie Li said coldly. "You rape people but don't want to take responsibility! You bastard!" said the third woman. Xie Li laughed mockingly. "Which woman? I wasn't attracted to women like you in the first place?! Too much trouble! Your bodies aren't even as good as Junjie's. Why should I glance at your bodies? Even if you volunteer. I won't!" Xie Li said with a murderous aura.

The three women got scared and left. Xie Li looked at his dirty clothes in annoyance. Xie Li turned to look at Junjie who was glaring angrily at Xie Li. An Rong, Yuliang and Shunxi laughed loudly after holding back their laughter for a long time. "You're so great! You're great!" An Rong said looking at Xie Li seriously.

"I have to go home and change my clothes. I hope you guys can take care of junjie." Xie Li said goodbye. Yuliang stared at Xie Li leaving. "Don't you think he's changed a bit?" Yuliang asked. "Very much, from the way he dresses and also his attitude with everyone else." Shunxi said in agreement. "His words earlier too. Wasn't he after Pei Shan back then?" An Rong asked.

"I think something happened at that time. Didn't the doctor say that his body had marks of abuse as well apart from the car crash?" Junjie said calmly. "I intend to make you and him live together." An Rong's words made Junjie glare.

"Are you crazy?! I don't want to live with a crazy person like him." Junjie protested. "I don't think he's crazy. I think he's more protective of you. Don't you realize those three women are stalkers you always complain about?" Shunxi's words made Junjie stare at Shunxi in shock.

"That's them? So you mean he saved me?" Junjie asked the three nod back. "You should thank him." yuliang said. Junjie sighed. "Okay. I'll move into his house." Junjie said sullenly.

___Xie Li's Apartment___

Xie Li's rented apartment was quite small. There is a simple kitchen and a small refrigerator. A sofa, a medium bed, a small cupboard and a table and chairs are all in one room without any dividers in the room. At least the bathroom is in a closed room.

Xie Li had just returned from looking for work. He was accepted as a waiter at a small cafe called Green Cafe. When the door knocks. Xie Li opened the door and found Junjie with his big suitcase. "What are you doing here?" Xie Li asked. "I was kicked out of my house." Junjie said. Xie Li let Junjie in.

Junjie looked around. Everything looks neat. "You have eaten?" Xie Li asked. "I've eaten. How about you?" Junjie asked. "I'm done. Go take a shower." Xie Li said calmly. Junjie nodded and opened the bag he was holding in his hand after putting down his backpack.

Junjie took his towel and nightwear before going to the bathroom. Xie Li poured the milk in the pot and warmed it up after a while Xie Li transferred it to a glass.

#15 minutes later

Junjie came out of the bathroom wearing a sleeveless T-shirt and shorts. "Drink this milk then sleep." Xie Li said. "Where do I sleep?" Junjie asked confused. "Sleep in my bed. Good night." Xie Li said taking a towel and going to the bathroom. Junjie drank the milk and then went to sleep.

Xie Li came out with a towel wrapped around his waist. Xie Li walked over to Junjie and covered him before taking his shirt and pants and putting them on. Xie Li slept on the sofa that night.

#next day

Junjie woke up because he smelled a nice fragrance. "Morning" Xie Li said seeing Junjie approaching him. "Morning. Are you cooking?" Junjie asked still sleepy. "Yeah, take a shower and get ready. After breakfast we go to school." Xie Li said calmly. Junjie nodded and was busy with his morning activities.

After the two of them had breakfast, the two departed by bus. Junjie fell asleep on the bus. His head rested on Xie Li's shoulder. Xie Li smiled at him.

[B: he reminds you of your brother?

X: yes

B: do you intend to take care of him now?

X: can't I?

B: you don't forget your goal then there will be no problem.

X: ... (silence)

B: is it so difficult? Your mission isn't over to be honest.

X: what do you mean?

B: You have to make your family recognize you? At first I didn't tell you because I thought it would be easy for you but now I'm saying it because you're not focused on your mission anymore.

X: I understand. ]

Xie Li stared out the window. His mind was messed up. They arrived at the stop. Xie Li carried Junjie on his back and got off the bus to school.

The whole school was excited about it.
