Chapter 3

Eve's POV:-

I woke up with a strong pain in my head. I looked around to see a dark room. The lights are off I guess. Is it day or night? I realised that I'm on a bed- big enough to fit 6 people.

I stood up but because of my headache I held my head. Something soft under my legs. I saw light coming through and I went there. It was curtains. I pulled them open and it was night. Only the moonlight coming in. I saw outside and saw people in black suits and a pond in the middle. Many trees. Even a swimming pool!

I remember what happened! He hit my head and I fell unconscious. Because of the moonlight, I could see everything now. I went towards the door and opened it.

I walked out of the room and saw a long passage. I was walking when I heard some voiced from another room.

"When is she going to wake up?"

"It's time for her to wake up."

"Do you want me to check Boss?"

"Not yet."

Are they talking about me?! I decided to slow my steps so they won't hear me. I'll have to run from here. I can't trust these men.

I tip-toed and was going down the stairs when I saw a woman in a maid dress. I slowly went to her and pulled her in a corner where no one could see us.

"What are you doing young miss?!" she screamed silently.

"Shhh!" I kept my finger on her mouth and looked around. No one.

"Are you looking for master?" she asked.

"No! No! Don't let him know I'm awake. I need to get out of here and you will help me." I said silently, only enough for us to hear.

"Young miss I can't." she looked guilty.

"Good you said no. I was going to kill you." he said.

I turned around slowly to see him standing there.

I bit my lips.

"I'm sorry master. Please don't punish me!" the maid girl immediately got on her knees and begged.

What the h€ll?

"Out. Now." he just said this and the girl stopd up and went away.

Now it was only me and him. I gulped.

"Quite a runner I see. Are you lesbian?" he asked.

"Excuse me?" I immediately blurted out. "No I'm not. I'm straight as a pole."

He just nodded. "Good. When did you wake up? I'm sure you heard something."

"I didn't. I don't even know where were y'all. Wish I knew." I lied. Lying is the only thing which can save me now.

He stepped closer and made me look at him again. His perfect jaw line can cut my heart and I can drown in his eyes. A Greek god. My heart fluttered. I felt butterflies in my stomach by just looking at him. God took time to creat him.

"Am i handsome?" he said and I came out of my dreamland.
