Taekook: Guns And Roses Step Brother!

The sun was finally tired and ready to sleep behind the blanket of euphoria mountains.. through the terrace of the police department, Jungkook’s eyes trailed as far as it could stretch to the bliss of mountains which were now getting clothed in hues of red, orange and yellow.. the three shades when mixed together effortlessly, flaunted a purple embrace over these mountains.. it was always mesmerising to watch the sun flaunt its enigmatic beauty on euphoria before saying goodbyes for the day, before snatching away its purest light for the day..

No one was complaining though.. it was part of nature to flip its beauty as day and night changes.. it was part of an aesthetic art..

The night was needed too.. the sparkle of stars melting in the thick blues of skies were needed too.. the flawed moon needed its moment to tell its broken tale.. it was best to appreciate rather then whine over the night as the day was about to end.. the darkness was definitely needed to appreciate the existence of light next day

Jungkook looked at his watch.. it was his time to go home as well.. his duty as the guardian of euphoria was finally ending for the day.. it was time for the handsome cop to have some moment for himself, to hide himself in the thick mistiness of the night..

He sighed and walked out of the terrace and went down the stairs, going all the way to his cabin..

He cleaned his desk, kept all the important files related to his work in a drawer and locked it safely.. he double checked the drawers to ensure they are locked properly.. he then grabbed his office bag and walked out of the room but not before locking it as well.. you cannot trust anyone around you and jungkook definitely ensures no one can walk in his cabin even in his absence

Jungkook took the lift to reach the parking space.. he has parked his car at the far end, so he walked towards it..

Upon reaching his car, jungkook hopped in and started the engine.. he looked at the backside while reversing his car and turning it around before driving..

The moment he drove out of the parking lot and neared the exit gate.. his eyes suddenly landed on a black Land Rover parked at the opposite side of the police department building

Jungkook frowned as he scanned the car which was carefree but also suspiciously parked near the police department.. it looked out of the place.. the car was luxurious and elegant, no one in the department could own it.. more specifically only few in euphoria could own such a luxury car

His eyes landed on the name plate of the car..”PARK 0777”

The cop blinked multiple times as he read and re-read the name plate.. he can recognise the owner inside the car by just the name plate

Jungkook made no attempt of walking out of his car to question the person inside the Land Rover.. instead, the cop drove away in the opposite direction..

Jungkook’s eyes looked in the front mirror above the steering wheel.. he could see the Land Rover tailing his car with an ample amount of gap between them..

Jungkook decided to ignore the black car.. but he couldn’t help but look at it every now and then from the rear mirror

The black car followed him at every turn he took towards his home..

Jungkook was also distracted by the posters being put on empty walls of euphoria.. the godfather “Kim Taehyung” fierce King like face in all of these posters with a message below that said “our ruler is coming back”

Jungkook’s grip on the steering wheel tightened as he watched the posters on sidewalks, on bus stops, on many vehicles and even shops or buildings..

Jungkook questioned to himself but it was honestly no brainier to understand how the world knows their devil is being released soon

Kim Taehyung’s people were mocking the police department through these posters.. nothing was impossible for taehyung, even coming out of jail.. it was a message crystal clear for everyone who fights for justice and catches criminals

These posters were meant to bring shame to the governor and the laws of euphoria

Jungkook drove feeling slightly breathless each time his eyes landed on a poster where Kim taehyung’s dominant face shone aggressively and ruthlessly

For jungkook, there was no fear every time he saw the devil’s poster.. he has seen the better version of the devil.. he has seen the devil in and out to the point he has even kissed the devil’s soul..

Those fierce eyes of the devil could still manage to weaken jungkook even from the posters

Taking a shaky breath, jungkook increased the speed of his car.. it was all too much to bear.. his eyes took a glimpse of the black car which is still following him

Jungkook drove fast and the black car behind him matched his speed

After nearly 20’more minutes of driving.. jungkook reached down his apartment building.. he parked his car and walked out of it..

Jungkook turned only to see the black car parked right outside the front gate of his building.. the car was parked opposite the entrance

For a brief moment, Jungkook’s eyes met the person inside the black car through the front mirror.. they stared at each other..

Jungkook could see a skeleton keychain in the front of the car, hanging and swaying like a demon.. his eyes then trailed at the features of the man inside the car.. he could see sharp and deep black tattoos inked on his neck.. he could even see a snake covering his neck with one eye, he could see a black rose on his right knuckles placed on the steering wheel

And then his eyes would once again get locked with the man’s.. jungkook made no movement but only stared back.. those deep hazel eyes could send shivers to anyone but not to jungkook..

The man kept his eyes on jungkook and then removed a cigarette from a pack.. the man placed the cigarette stick in between his lips and lit it up.. all the while looking at jungkook intensely..

After a brief moment, jungkook decided to enter his building.. he gave one last stern glance to the man and walked inside…

After a minute, jungkook was standing outside his apartment.. he removed his keys to open the door and walked in.. only to be surprised by another presence in his apartment

Park Hoseok spoke with a bright smile while sitting on one of the couch.. jungkook smiled and wondered how could the sun shine inside his house when it decided to set outside.. then again, Hoseok had the capability to brighten any environment

I am fine hyung.. when did you arrive from busan and how was the history seminar?

Hosoek was a teacher of history in euphoria’s university.. he was away for a few days to attend a seminar in busan.. him and Jungkook don’t live together.. but Hoseok is on Jungkook’s emergency contact list and he also has a spare key to the latter’s house

I arrived here in the afternoon.. the seminar was great.. I enjoyed a lot and met so many new teachers having a mind like me.. I was in heaven Jungkookie

Hoseok cheerfully spoke and hugged jungkook making the latter giggle

When hosoek pulled apart, he smiled and walked towards the kitchen

I have made some food for you.. go freshen up, we will eat together

Hosoek spoke as he removed a bottle of water and poured some in a glass..

Jungkook only stared at his action.. the cop bit his lips because he was contemplating of saying something to Hoseok which he is sure will anger the teacher

Sighing, jungkook decided to break some news down to Hoseok

Your step brother is downstairs.. apparently he followed me till here

Upon hearing the so-called step brother’s mention, hosoek stopped his actions.. the teacher stilled as his eyes popped out of its socket and he clenched his fist around the glass.. his grip was so tight that the glass shattered in Hoseok’s palms.. the noise of breaking glass echoed in the living room.. jungkook gasped and rushed to Hoseok

Hosoek pulled his arm away and walked towards the balcony with anger bubbling on his nose.. his eyes looked hysteric as if he wanted to kill someone.. it was evident that he wanted to kill the person downstair

Hosoek stood near the balcony and stared down only to find his so-called brother looking up and staring back at him..

There was no emotions in his brother’s eyes, cold like metals dipped in icy water.. his gaze deep and dark as they stared at Hoseok who was going crazy angry by the second at his sight

Park jimin, elder step brother of park hosoek was a different personality all together.. unlike hosoek, Jimin was cruel and merciless.. unlike hosoek who knew how to bring warmth and light to a life, Jimin only knew of bringing pain and darkness

Hosoek clenched the railing on the balcony tightly.. he wanted to just slap his so-called step-brother Jimin.. there was a unspoken feud and hate between the two as they stared at each other

Hoseok gritted his teeth as he looked at Jimin.. they both weren’t ready to look away from each other

Jungkook spoke while staring at the wall before him.. his mind only thinking about one man, Kim Taehyung..

Why after so many years.. Jimin decided to appear out of nowhere

Jungkook closed his eyes and took a deep breath.. now realising how tired he feels physically and mentally..

Finally, jungkook spoke the truth..

Hosoek felt a shiver run down his body as his grip loosened on the railing.. he looked away from Jimin and turned to jungkook.. his eyes blinked at the cop, trying to understand if Jungkook was joking.. but Jungkook’s face showed the reality which is about to come

Hosoek closed his eyes and took a deep breath.. he gulped down the lump stuck in his throat..

Hosoek was a good hyung.. even in the midst of taehyung’s news, he cared about Jungkook’s emotions.. even when Hoseok felt a pang in his heart upon hearing the name Taehyung..

The mafia of euphoria who happens to be my husband is coming out of the jail without finishing his penalty.. and not to forget, I was the one who betrayed him and put him inside the jail…

Meanwhile, Hoseok numbly walked towards the balcony again..
