Chapter 3

While in the car, they were quiet, so Ken decided to play music.

"Where is this place you rent?" Ken asked Maya.

"Yes, Zafari Building." Maya replied.

"Ah ok." Said Ken.

Ken parked the vehicle.

“All right, thank you.” Maya came out, but she was surprised that Ken was out too.

He wears the shade he is carrying and walks with him on foot. The people around are looking at Ken.

"Wait, you don't need to bring me upstairs." said Maya.

"I'm thirsty. So you mind to give me a drink ...?" said Ken.

"Well ..." Maya said, and then went straight to the elevator with Ken.

When they arrived at Maya's rented room, Ken was taken aback.

It was just a small, empty room. The living room and room were one, and Maya's refrigerator was small. She was also almost useless, so Ken just sat down on her bed.

"Go ahead and sit down there .. I'll just take a drink." said Maya.

"Ok." Said Ken.

"What do you like to drinks, juice, water or softdrinks?" Maya asked.

"Ah, whatever it is." Ken replied.

As Maya tastes the juice, Ken looks around with ... display pictures and other drawings of Maya.

He also saw Maya having a picture when she was a young girl and with a boy.

"Oh, this is your juice!" said Maya.

" Who is this?" asked Ken.

"Ah ... that's my childhood friend!" Maya immediately took that picture and hide it in the drawer.

As Maya turned away, Ken came behind her.

" Friend or .... boyfriend?" it whispered in his left ear.

Maya inhale Ken's breath and the scent of his scent.

" My friend ... ok ?!" Maya replied.

"You drink it! It's your juice oh." Maya handed the glass again.

Ken picked it up and drank it while looking at her.

Maya turned to look at Ken, looking at him, so she sat down on the other side of the bed.

After Ken drank it he placed the glass on the small table.

"All right, I'll be here tomorrow morning. Get ready." Said Ken.

"All right " Maya said.

"That's okay, what's your number?" asked Ken.

"Ah .. this." Maya handed her cellphone to Ken and copied her number.

"Ok!" Ken's sparse language.

As she walked toward the door, Maya followed, as he suddenly stopped.

"Wait, I forgot something!" Ken said.

"What is that?" Maya asked.

As Maya spoke, Ken turned to face her and quickly kissed her on the lips.

Maya was surprised.

"All right, goodnight ... Wifey!" he said softly and quickly got out of the door.

"Wifey? !!" Maya said.

And Maya closed the door.

Maya wakes up early morning, to prepare her things. She also told her parents, that Don Manuel had moved her to his big house.

They were overjoyed at her news, but she was sad, knowing that her simple life would change when she moved to Manson.

Her cellphone rang, she looked at it but couldn't reach her phonebook.

"Hello!" Maya replied.

"Are you ready?" said Ken.

Maya was able to hear it.

"Yes, just wait." when she dropped the phone there was a knock at the door.

When she opened it she saw Ken.

"Oh, here you go .. you just call!" said Maya.

"Of course, I'll just checking if you're awake." Ken said and sat up at Maya's bed.

"Eh, what are you sitting there? Let's go!" Maya said.

"Ok!" Ken immediately stood up and helped carrying the laguage of Maya.

When they arrived at the mansion, they were immediately met by Don Manuel and his housemates. He was such a joy to see Maya.

"Welcome Iha!"

"Good morning Don..eh Grandpa!" Maya smiled and said hello.

"All right, go ahead and rest. Ken, point out your room!" ordered it to Ken.

Then Ken walked up the stairs to the top. She followed him, thinking "your room?" in Maya's mind. She saw Ken open the left door at the far end.

Maya slowly entered. The room is huge, it has its own living room and on the right side is the cr door.

On the left side, is the wardrobe, when she opens it there are more expensive women's clothes and accessories too ... as she walked by, she could see the big bed, the windows and terrace on the side which will see the garden below.

Maya had just sat down in the chair on the terrace. Because it is nice to observe the different colors of flowers.

"So, you also love flowers?" Ken said as he stood and walked closer to her.

"Ah, yes ... it's nice because it loses tiredness or stress." said Maya.

"Grandpa said is right... Girls love flowers!" said Ken.

"Do you know, even though Grandma was gone first, Grandpa didn't let it wither! He used to walk, he watered and planted it every day." Ken's story.

"Can I ask you Ken ... What is your Grandpa's illness?" Maya asked.

"It's all about Grandpa's illness, diabetes, highblood ... all sicknesses for olderly. So the Doctor has confirmed that we will be with Grandpa for a small time." Ken said sadly.

" Eh, where are your parents?" Maya asked again.

"Outside the country... they have always been busy. From my childhood, I grown up with Grandma and Grandpa. So I'm used to being around them!"

"Ah..ok?" Maya said.

" How about you? Where are your parents?" asked Ken.

"Ah, they are from the other side of the city .. they are also busy with our small business. So, they are hardly home."

"Well they let you live alone? " said Ken.

"No! I ran away!" said Maya.

"So what?" Maya asked.

"So ... you're all alone." said Ken.

They heard a knock, Maya opening the door. She saw the two helpers bring her belongings, and she let them in.

"Oh, I'll fix that!" said Maya.

"No, Madaam, we will take care of you." language of a housemaid.

"All right, I'll help you." Maya said.

Meanwhile, Ken goes down first and Maya and the two maids are left in the room.

When Maya was finished her things, she was invited to go downstair. Don Manuel and Ken had their dinner together.

Maya is still slowly accepting the changes of her life, at the set-up of the rich table ... but she says she'll get used to it too, if she was living here from now on.

"Hello Maya, do you like the room? If you have anything else you would like to fix or buy, just tell me .. don't be shy." Don Manuel said.

"It's a nice room, it's okay for me Grandpa!" said Maya.

"Ah well, that's fine. Later, I'll give you your card, if you want to buy just use it! " said Don Manuel.

"Oh, no, no need ... My Mom sending me allowance. " Maya declined.

"It's different from your mom and your grandpa .. come on, I'll get upset, if you don't accept that..." Don Manuel said while holding Maya's hand.

"So...ok .." Maya replied.

"I am preparing the paperwork and preparations for your wedding. Please forgive me, if you are going to get married simple, since you are going to married, just keep it secret to others.... " Don said.

"Ah ... it's ok Grandpa." said Maya.

"Ken, have you called your Mom and your Dad?" asked Don Manuel.

"Yes, Lo, I've spoken to Mom, they'll be coming with Tita Raquel." Ken said.

"Ah, well ..." said Don Manuel and they continued their meal.

After they had eaten, Ken invited her to go swimming.

"Let's go swimming!" said Ken.

"Ha, I don't know how to swim," Maya said.

While Maya was speaking Ken pulled her as he pulled Maya into the pool.

"Aaahhhh ..." Maya shouted.

Maya called, and she quickly grabbed Ken's shoulder. Ken laughed when he saw whats happening.

"Hahaha..hahaha" Ken laughed.

"Are you going to kill me? I told you I didn't know how to swim!" Maya said angrily while still with Ken.

"Why you afraid of! I'm here! " said Ken.

Suddenly they stared at each other, they were so close... as she clung to Ken, she felt his hand cling to her waist ... Ken spoke first.

"All right, I'll take you over there. " said Ken.

"Oh, well ..." Maya said.

Then she slowly taken by Ken to the edge of the pool. Maya was just standing there, while Ken was swimming.

Maya was just looking at Ken, noticing that the maid had brought her snacks with Ken to their table and towel.

Maya was so cold that she decided to go up. But as she got up she slipped into the tiles so she fell into the pool again, Ken caught her and their lips sealed!

Maya surprised...

" What?!!" Maya shouted.

"Well I caught you there!" Ken replied.

"Hmp!" Maya just gave an angry look and went up again to go up.

She immediately took the towel that had been placed in the chair.

"I'm cold, I'm going ahead!" Maya said goodbye to Ken.

"Oh well!" Ken replied.

Then Maya went straight into the house to bathe.

At night, as Maya washing her face, she heard someone enter in her room. When she came out she saw Ken lying on the bed.

She wondered why Ken was there.

"Wait! What are you doing here?" Asked Maya.

"Eh, sleep." Ken replied.

"Eh, why don't you go to your bedroom to sleep?" Maya said.

"Hey ..." Ken sat down on the bed and looked at Maya.

"Wait, this is your room too?" Maya said and Ken nodded and lay down again.

"Wait a minute, why here? You have so much room!" said Maya.

But Ken ignored her, and went to sleep.

"H-heyy ... Hheyy .. hheey." she slapped Ken on the shoulder, but he close his eyes.

At Ken's annoyance, he pulls Maya aside and drops her over Ken.

"If you don't stop, I will kiss you!" Ken threatening Maya, she immediately stood up.

Then she slowly sat down on the other side of the bed. She had just let Ken go to bed.

She is restless .. she cannot sleep. Every time she turned to Ken, she couldn't imagine they were now in the same bed.

She was also nervous, thingking what if Ken done something to her.

By morning, Maya had hardly slept. Her demeanor was slow and she had no appetite, so Ken mad at her.

Ken suddenly entered the room as she dressing for her school uniform. Maya shocked, she still half *****.

"Hurry up, it's noon!" Ken ordered her!

"Can you knock before you go in?" Maya said in surprise as she was almost ***** and Ken saw it.

"F.Y.I. this is my home, so I don't need to knock! And... there is nothing good in your body!" Ken said as he watching Mayas body before taking his bag and out of the room!

"Grrrrrhhh! Nasty !!!" Maya yelled and hurriedly dressed.

After she got dressed and then she took her bag and go down stairs. She saw Don Manuel and Ken waiting for her.

"Goodmorning Maya! Let's go, let's have breakfast!"

"Goodmorning too!" Maya said as she followed the table.

After a while they left Don Manuel and go to school. While in the car, Maya talked to Ken.

"Ah, Ken can I just go out first, before the school gate?" said Maya.

"All right! I'm just going to remind you, 'don't tell anyone about us!' Ken's reminder.

"Yes! I do not want to disturb you either!" said Maya.

"But remember this ... when it comes to situations that will scare you, you can call me anytime!" Ken said looking at Maya.

"Okay ..." Maya replied.

"All right... Thank you!" Maya says goodbye to Ken and his oldman driver.

"Ah, alright ...alright!" Said driver as he continued to drive in front of their school gate.

Maya walked to the school gate. She saw Ken get off the car and the students waiting for Ken began to growl again.

Ken glanced at her once and continued walking. Maya ignore the students, she continued walking until she reached her class room.
