In a luxurious room, a fair-skinned lady lay sleeping soundly. Girl, you're going to be late for your wedding reception!"

As she got lost in her thoughts, Su Lian asked, "Why are you crying?"

Snapping out of her daze, Lu Anna spoke determinedly, "She-devil, I want to divorce that scum. I—I should have listened to you. I should never have wasted my youth on that jerk."

Realizing her mistake, Su Lian patted her shoulder and said, "Not so fast. The whole city's socialites are attending this party. If you want to deal with that jerk, we'll do it properly—at the party."

Lu Anna nodded and then frowned. "I need another dress. There's no way I'm wearing the one that jerk picked for me."

A mischievous smile spread across Su Lian's lips. "Don't worry, My Lady. I have something special planned for you. Everyone at the party will be in for a shock."

Lu Anna smirked. "Let's rock, baby!" Then, as if remembering something, she asked, "By the way, where's Second Baby?"

"That brat? Controlling the situation at the party."

"Why?"

Su Lian scoffed. "Oh, your darling husband made a grand entrance—with his beloved Ning’r."

The audacity of that man! Showing up to his own wedding reception with his lover and shamelessly flaunting her love! Lu Anna clenched her fists. "I swear, I want to bury that jerk six feet under!"

Su Lian chuckled. "Relax, She-Devil. Don't waste your energy on the scum. Tonight, you’ll show them the power of a true young lady. Don’t mess with me!"

"Oh, my ears must be deceiving me. Is my little devil plotting something?"

Lu Anna smirked. "Yes. Now help me get ready for the show."

Su Lian grinned. "Oh, I'm waiting for this."

In her past life, the dress chosen for her by her husband had been picked by Ning’r—a defective piece meant to humiliate her in front of everyone. She had worn it proudly, only to be laughed at by the entire city. Even Beichen had abandoned her that night, walking out of the party with his lover, leaving her to endure the humiliation alone.
