Jasmine

agrees to have tea in the lords’ castle. However she was put to sleep by Lord

Alec because he wanted to forcefully form the blood contract with her

The blood contract is a contract which allows vampires to

drink a certain human’s blood from the other sex for the rest of his life. If

he drinks from another human’s blood he would eventually die. Only vampires get

to choose their blood bride, the human’s opinion doesn’t matter at all. There is

usually a ceremony for forming a new blood contract.

Jasmine woke

up and saw one of her hands chained down to a bed. At first, she didn’t know

what’s happening. But in a second thought, she recalled that Lord Alec injected

her with something that put her to sleep. Jasmine heard someone’s steps; it was

coming from the bathroom. As she moves her head she saw… Lord Alec… the only

thing that was on him was a towel; he turns around and grasps Jasmine looking

at him. it took time for him to realize that Jasmine already woke up… when he

comprehended everything… he rushed to the bathroom and changes into his suit…

at the same time he was changing… Jasmine thought “nonono, this is the wrong

time for blushing…well… I mean he looked delicious but no”.

He came back

in an elegant way that was supposed to cover up for seeing him almost uncovered.

Jasmine almost bursts into laughter but somehow she managed to hold it back

while mumbling to herself “hey it’s time to be angry, why am I not angry… ok I think

I’m going to act this way”. She looked at him with an angry look. Lord Alec

says “Listen I know you are angry but… I just want you to be my blood bride…

only YOU and no one else” Jasmine replies “wow, as an alternative of forcefully

making me do the blood contract you could’ve won it instead”

He says “well,

you are in no place to talk this way to me since you are all chained up”

Jasmine tried

to hold back herself from crying but she couldn’t.

She looked

at him while her eyes were filled with tears “why do I have to live this way,

what have I done to deserve this kind of life”

Lord Alec felt

heartbroken seeing her this way … It was like … observing his old self …

He instantly

removed the chains of her hand and said “I’m sorry … I will never let you live

the way I used to … instead … I’m going to make it the best part of your life …

I promise to give you anything and everything you want … I will let you go out

of the castle and come in anytime you want … I will give you privacy … freedom

and anything you wish for … Just be my blood bride”

Usually vampires

never care about their blood bride’s opinion … but Lord Alec wanted to please

her in some way … Jasmine by some means, she felt comfortable and relieved when

she heard him say that.

Lord Alec hurried

to the door…and before he goes out he says “The ceremony is going to begin

tonight … the maids are going to prepare you well … see you later”

Jasmine murmurs

to herself “who is the real you … I wonder ….what kind of miserable life have

you lived all long”
