Aiden was immersed by his thought
He didn't even know that his plate were now empty.
Aeris saw it and went downstairs again.
Aiden thought she wouldn't come back so he placed the tray on the table beside him.
He was about to lie down when the door open.
Seeing his little sister holding a tray with bunch of Italian dish, His mouth could not stop from drooling.

Little did he know that they are the only one in the house today.
Their grandparents went to visit their friends who is hospitalized. While, Nick has an advertisement to shoot, since his scandal was now resolved he planned to stay in the entertainment industry.
Today is holiday, so their servants is on vacation. Therefore the two of them were left alone.
After he finished eating he lied down to take a nap.
He always felt someone is watching him quietly.
After 3 hours he woke up and saw his little sister reading some book in the corner peacefully.

He touch his forehead and realized that his fever subdued and even he didn't find some sweat on his body.
The truth is, When he was in deep sleep, Aeris wipe his face with a cold water carefully to decrease his fever.
She attentively wiped his face so that he wouldn't wake up.
When he was in deep thought aeris came back, but this time she didn't bring any food but a medicine.
