Gathering Energy, or cultivation, is basically concentrating on the substances entering your body and absorbing energy from it

The best example of cultivation is breathing. the air you take in contains energy, and you have to harness it by focusing on the energy that enters through the air

and your willpower to absorb the energy shall work it's magic

it's a very complicated process to understand, but the basics which you need to know is what I have provided you

so what I have to do basically is meditate, right?

that's one way to do it

Your Physical fitness also matters

it's what restricts the amount of energy absorbed

so I have to get fit AND meditate

it's more complex than that, but this should get you started

even I don't fully understand it after two years of research

what stage are you in?
Purple
not much, just level 35
there are a total of 90 known levels, each are categorised in different stages. first 30 levels are first stage, 31-60 are second stage and 61-90 are third stage

yeah but my physical level is only 30

mental energy being at 40
Blue
I'm at base 10 in both
the level is an average taken from physical level and mental level, hence the odd level mark of 90, which is the maximum known limit of cultivation

Your mission is to cultivate both to a minimum of 20 by mid-term but I'll be happy if you can reach stage two at least
Sir Grey
well then, you both are bench mates as well as cultivation partners

now what's a cultivation partner?

like a classmate studying the same syllabus?
Purple
in that case, I would have been your senior😜

we back each other up, provide emotional strength when the other is facing a problem in cultivation, and basically cultivate together a lot

So this ends my class, I shall check your progress in between, but from now on you both have to be together.

Yeah, I am in that club

so a big audience AND a cool girl to practice with? I'm in!

Don't praise me so much. there is a reason why we don't have many members

so I'm in the club from now on, right?

I'll ask my friend to come as well, he'll come for sure
