Shine in our eyes.

After crying out his heart , Rowen and Aidan finish their lunch boxes. For the first time , Rowen was so relieved. It was like the burden he was carrying on his head whole time vanished into those two warm arms of Aidan. To understand other people you don't always need to be connected by blood , but sometimes a connection with someone with pure intention and a kind heart can be stronger than than the relations bonded by blood. In this case Rowen found that connection in Aidan. Something in him made Rowen feel as he found someone special and the person on whom he can lean on in the difficult times. He still can't believe he has a friend more of a best friend like Aidan.

Rowen's p.o.v

I feel so light. This is the first time I cried infront of someone. It felt good. I was feeling so helpless the whole time but now I feel so much stronger. Aidan is such a nice person. And somehow his warm embrace made me feel so protected and safe. I am so relieved!

End of Rowen's p.o.v

"Aidan , do u know I know a really good place where we can spend time with each other without any chaos. I often visit there. Also I haven't really told you about myself yet. Would you like to go there after we finish our classes?"

Rowen asks excitedly to Aidan. He was looking forward for this meeting. For some unknown reason Rowen wanted to tell Aidan everything about himself and make him visit the places he admires. But he was confused whether it's okay to ask him to go out with him just after some hours of barely knowing each other. But Rowen was quite sure in his heart that Aidan is not a bad person at all. So he was excited and nervous at the same time. So he decided to refuse the proposal he himself made to Aidan.

" Umm...well it's really not necessary for u to join me. I am quiet sure u must be having more important work to attend to - "

" Let's go there after we are done with today's classes. I hope we can know each other better that way. I am looking forward to it Rowen. Tell me everything about yourself. Let's have fun. "

Aidan doesn't let Rowen finish his sentence and gladly accepts the request. He assures Rowen that he can go to that place after their school ends. Rowen smiles at Aidan after speaking these unexpected words that Rowen was wishing to listen from the bottom of his heart. This time Rowen doesn't hesitate but give Aidan a sweet cheeky smile. And Aidan chukles.

As if lost in each other's company they both flinch hearing the school bell alerting students to go to their respective classes after finishing their food as the luch break is over.

Rowen couldn't help but feel embarrased infront of Aidan. They both packed their lunch boxes and went back to their class.

In this way they both chatted with each other whenever they got chance and happily finished their lectures.

Now both of them are preparing to leave the school and go the place Rowen wishes Aidan to see.

After leaving the classroom , Aidan asks Rowen in a calm voice trying not to sound over excited about the meeting ,

" Rowen , so how far the place is from our school ? I mean we are still going there right ?"

Rowen asks and Rowen just smiles and says ,

" Let's go"

Rowen subconsciously holds Aidan's hand and guide him to the back of school where they can see a lot of trees and no students as if it was a unknown place yet discovered properly by the students or they are just scared that they might encounter a beast and never come back home. Rowen finds this hilarious as he thinks about these students flashing and boasting all about themselves the whole day infront of any possible individual they bump into but not going to the back of school in this area just because they are actually scared.

After walking for few minutes in that jungle they hear bird's chirping happily as if they know Rowen is here to visit them that too with his friend for the first time.

" Here , do u like it Rowen?"

Rowen happily asks Aidan and Aidan becomes speeches for a minute seeing the beauty he has never seen before.

Seeing a beautiful pond having pink lotuses in it , greem trees and small plants and bushes surrounding that pond as if they are scared someone will ruin it's beauty. Beautiful flowers dancing with wind as it sways gently teasing them and making them blush in pink. Butterflies singing for the flowers as if they want to lure them and suck the sweet nectar hidden in them. A warmth and pleasant feeling of being with this beauty , made Aidan and Rowen do nothing but admire it and be grateful to the nature. Aidan softly smiles ans says,

" Beautiful it's beautiful. I have never seen anything like this before. Thanks Rowen. But I wonder how did you find this place ?"

" Yes , it indeed is. As you have heard and seen me being alone all by myself , I was frustrated and wanted to run far away to get some peace but couldn't find it anywhere and one day I accidentally coming here to search the purple butterfly that I wished to catch. And from that day I always come here to refresh myself. I am glad you liked it ."

They look at each other and smile and Rowen says ,

" Let's come here whenever we are free and spend some more time..."

Aidan sees a purple butterfly flying above a flower and Aidan goes and picks it up and gives that to Rowen ,

" Here, look what I got for u. I just saw this beautiful purple butterfly near that blue flower and picked it up. Didn't u wish to catch it? Take it. "

" Yeah , Aidan see it seems so relaxed. I thought it will run away from me. But I guess he is also enjoying our company. Isn't it pretty? So beautiful and colourful..."

Aidan keeps looking at him and suddenly notices bright smile of Rowen that he never saw before shining the entire area. Maybe it was his world that got shine from this sun.

Aidan happily says

" It indeed is pretty, very pretty..."

Shine is your eyes ,

Brightness is your smile ,

Light is your name ,

Happiness is your presence ,

Scent is your essence ,

Joy is your company ,

Diamond is your tear ,

Strength is your fear ,
