Lost found happiness in dream.

Being in a deep sleep , Rowen sees a boy cheekily smiling at him. Rowen tries to see that boy more clearly and realizes he is none other than his best friend Aidan . Rowen stares at him in a fix . Aidan sweetly smiles at him and Rowen stiffens. Suddenly Rowen flinches. Hearing his phone's ringtone dancing noisily in air , Rowen collects himself and comes back to his senses.

" Uhh...What a weird dream !!"

Rowen grabs his phone and sees Aidan's caller ID on it . He feels a little dizzy as his head is heavy and body sore due to his illness from past few days. Rowen has always been ignorant towards his health as he is always busy with his school work , homework and extra activities that he does as his hobby . He doesn't have many friends so no one ever cared for him also his parents live far away from him managing their company. So he barely was able to take care of himself. But now after having a friend like Aidan , he has got an fair idea that he no more is lonely and there is someone who takes care of him.

Rowen's p.o.v

I guess Aidan wants to check up on me. I should receive the call as early as possible or else he won't hesitate to break the door and enter the house to make sure I am fine. He will get worried.

End of Rowen's p.o.v

" Hey Aidan ! "

Rowen says happily but in a low tiring voice as his throat is a bit sore .

" Hi Rowen , you seem tired and I guess you still have fever. But you seem a to be a lot better."

"Yeah , I am . Just a mild fever."

Rowen says in a convincing voice as he really feels better now. Hearing this Aidan continues

" Rowen, you didn't attend school in past few days and it can result into you getting low marks. And I don't want my intelligent friend to ruin his reputation. So I plan on coming to your house and teach you some important topics. Also I have some notes that I will copy down for u. You just need to pay attention and listen to me. Don't exert yourself."

Aidan says in a concerning tone. Rowen understands how worried he is!

Rowen's p.o.v

He truely cares for me. Always ready to help me. What a good friend I have ! Lucky me!

End of Rowen's p.o.v

Rowen hearing the worry and care in his voice , continues :

" Aidan , you really don't need to do all this for me but since I know you are not going to listen to me anyways , I gladly welcome you. Thanks. But know that I am really better now."

Rowen is happy , very happy. Also Rowen is always welcome whenever he wants to visit him.

" Sure , see ya then. Take care Rowen."

Aidan ends up the call.

Aidan's p.o.v:

Of course, I must help you. I don't want to see you suffer alone anymore. You are my best friend and I'll always take care of you , no matter how difficult things are...."

End of Aidan's p o.v

Aidan ends up the call and Rowen smiles. Keeping his mobile aside he falls on his bed again. Now having a best friend like Aidan he truely understands what being cherished is like! He has always been helping and taking care of Rowen.

Laying on bed with closed eyes Rowen remembers his bitter past and realizes how lonely he was until he met Aidan , his only dear, near and best friend.

As Rowen walks past by a group of his classmates with his bestfriend Apollo , he hears some real mean comments about him. Because of Rowen's quiet nature and introverted personality he is often tagged as weird by the other students of his class. Rowen has only one friend Apollo who everyone knows in using his 'best friend' tag to take full advantage of Rowen's intelligence. And even Rowen is not unfamiliar with this fact. He just doesn't want to fight with people whom he doesn't care about.

" This guy is so weird. Why would a smart guy like Apollo be with him?" ,

" Yeah that's the exact point , Apollo is enough smart to use such weirdos like Rowen for good grades and popularity. " ,

"Very true , anyways why do we care in the first place?"

Rowen ignores the boys and sit on his bench. Apollo comes after him. All the girls in the guy got shy seeing the two handsome guys entering the class. Rowen being a neat and tidy boy he is , wears neatly and perfectly ironed white stainless clothes. His shirt milk white complementing the navy blue colour of his blazer , tie and long trousers with a pair of black boots shining in full confidence. Light brown eyes , thin eyebrows and plump pink lips with dark black hairs , making a perfect curve when smiling and melting people's heart. His tall and slim pysich makes him look even more handsome and fragile . His skin fair as snow ❄️ but barely is seen by others due to his proper , body covering clothes. He is a beauty .

Apollo on the other side is not that handsome but surely is eye catching with a tall figure , white complextion , black eyes , broad eyebrows and a sly smile with dimples blooming on cheeks. He sure is a head Turner.

But Rowen has longed cut ties with Apollo four years ago meaning they are no more friends now. Just classmates.

Now it's a new session of IX grade. All the students are admiring the new class, new benches, new arrangements and new books along with the new items they purchased for the new fresh session. But these flashy things don't actually give you a reputation. It all depends on the treatment you give to others. Being in a deep thought , Rowen gets interrupted by a brat ,

" Ohh!! So you gonna sit alone this year too. Don't you get bored being all alone the whole day? Having noone to talk to , share feelings to , don't you think you will turn into a rock? Anyways, whom am I talking to? You are such a loser ! Such a loner! Always a quiet kid! Weirdo!"

Ignoring the useless things that the boy just spouted out of his mouth , Rowen continues with his work.

As previously told Apollo is not that handsome , so who is the second guy that just entered the class attracting everyone's attention.

Girls start blushing and guys stare at him in adoration and some in envy at that young boy having a tall built muscular body. Long , slender legs that intimidates and every boy desires for.

A calm and peaceful face with a gentle expression on it. Eyes as serene as ocean and a black dark marble floating in it and shining like a bright sun of youth. Jet black hairs with enough volume on it making it look silky and smooth. Everyone was stunned by seeing this beauty with thin eyebrows and red cherry like plump lips making people want to have taste of it. His aura full of eminence radiation indescribable confidence.

But one more thing made students wonder in awe and that was his stare. It was fixed on a boy sitting quietly on the last bench of second row minding his own business who is often tagged as weirdo by others. As if sensing a burning gaze on him that boy none other than Rowen looks up and finds a handsome young boy possibly a new comer looking at him with an unexplainable look. As if understanding the meaning of that gaze , Rowen gives him a ' I am fine , don't worry' look as Rowen assumes that the new boy just heard the mean comments about him. Rowen smiles and asks the new boy,

" Hi , my name is Rowen. Wanna share a seat with me? I am alone anyways. "

Rowen asks softly and waits for his response feeling a bit nervous for no reason. In response to Rowen's question , this boy just stares and nods in agreement saying ,

" Yeah , Sure."

Rowen felt a bit weird about the conversation they just had as it has been years since Rowen smiled this genuinely. Just something in this new boy made Rowen to actually acknowledge him and not ignore as other times he would usually do. The new comer walks up to his bench , keeps his bag and sits with him.

Somewhere inside did Rowen know that this year won't be as plain, boring and lonely as the past years.

With the blooming happiness and excitement in his heart , Rowen unknowingly smiles.

Your eyes tell a secret ,
