Chapter 2

" Yibo! " A voice called Yibo as he  turned back to look at who it was. "Mama, Good morning. " Yibo smiled seeing his mom, she had come to see him, she's been worried about me a lot. " Good morning Yibo~, how are you feeling today? " She smiled sitting close to him, while she looked at his eyes, though she smiled her eyes were sad otherwise.

" I'm good mama apart from the occasional headaches I'm good, but mama why are you sad? " Yibo asked and that's when she finally looked at me in the eyes. "I feel like I lost you, somehow."  She teared up, Yibo held her hand and rubbed it gently and smiled. " Mama, I remember you, I remember baba and also all our funny memories, what more should I remember? " Yibo asked looking at his mom.

Yibo's mom smiled at him " Your Restaurant , how you fought against us to become a chef, when your baba clearly said you to become a Doctor like him. " Yibo's mom laughed at this thought.  " I was really afraid you're father won't allow that to happen, but since you were determined and he saw a spark in you, he allowed it to happen. " Yibo's mom further explained.

" So I became a chef, but....  Do I know to cook that well? " Yibo asked confused, since Yibo did remember falling in love for his passion that was cooking, but he  didn't remember anything about studying for it, not that he knew to cook that well, he did used to cook well, but now after the accident he hardly doubt that he can cook that well.

" I know what you are thinking, just go back to your kitchen, maybe your memory about that place may come back, and they say if you have a passion in something you won't forget it till the day you die." His mother ruffled his hair, while Yibo smiled holding her hand. " Okay mama, I'll try " .

By this time the doctors came back to check on Yibo " Mr. Wang how are you feeling today? " Asked the doctor checking Yibo's reports. " I'm good. " Doctor looked at the records and and then back at Yibo. " Mr. Wang, you're Completely alright, except the fact you have some mild wounds and amnesia about some incidents of your past, you're ready to go home, Take the tablets properly and be here for your regular checking and most important thing is don't lose faith, a faith that you'll get back your lost memory. "

The doctor was really kind and his words sounded so good when said, but when it was practically to be done, Yibo doubted on how he'll try to remember his past and what did he forget that he had to remember that. Yibo brushed off the thoughts and thanked the doctor for taking care of him. Soon Yibo was discharged and Yibo's mom drove him off to my their house, she did mention he had an apartment, but she said it was a better idea for him to stay with her till he's ready to face the world again. And it was a good idea, with all the memory loss and accident, he wasn't sure if he would be able to recognize some faces even though they claim to be familiar with him.

Zhan walked back slowly to his shared apartment, though his dad said no to it, but he protested about going over there. Zhan looked around, all the memories of their  past roamed around still lingering in that place. Zhan knew his father was right when he said he shouldn't have come back to this place. Zhan cried falling down on the bed remembering all his past, but it wasn't of any use when Yibo couldn't remember their past together. " You came here? " Zhan turned back hearing a familiar voice.

" Paul! What are you doing here? " Zhan smiled seeing Paul, though he was Yibo's step brother, they still were pretty close with each other. " Mama sent me here, to get some clothes for Yibo ".  Paul smiled and sat beside Zhan, " How are you doing? You know after Yibo's.... "

" I'm good, just a little hurt, I don't know how to cope with the fact that he doesn't remember me or is it the end of our love story? "  Zhan felt an immense pain in his heart mentioning and realizing the fact that their love story had forgot the past and Zhan didn't know how to make him remember it. " You know Yibo loved you, I was always jealous that Yibo had such an amazing person as his lover, but when I realized how much Yibo was happy after meeting you I was happy for him as well "  Zhan smiled as any mention of Yibo made him happy " Thank you ". Paul got up and stretched his hand as Zhan looked at him confused.

" Come on, let's go " Paul looked at Zhan and smiled at his confused expression "To where ? " Zhan asked him confused. " Come on! " Zhan finally stretched his hand and went with where ever Paul was taking him. He trusted him, since Zhan and Paul knew each other as long as he knew Yibo, he was a friend to Zhan, a close friend.

" Yibo ! " Zhan and Yibo were talking and he heard a boy calling Yibo's name. Yibo turned back to see who called him. And as soon as he saw him he smiled. " Gege~ How was your class? " Yibo smiled seeing his elder brother. " It was good, how about you? ".

" It was good as well gege ~ " Yibo smiled. "Who is this boy beside you? new friend? " Paul asked pointing to Zhan ruffling his hair. " Yes gege, his  name is Xiao Zhan, I met him today we have the same class. " Yibo introduced Zhan and he smiled bowing a little.

" Nice to meet you Zhan, I'm Paul, Yibo's elder brother" He politely introduced himself.

" Nice to meet you too Paul-ge ", Paul laughed since he was a free type he didn't like it when someone called him gege, he preferred being called by his name " You can call me Paul, I don't mind ". Zhan smiled as he nods his head " Sure "

" Lets be friends as well "  Paul said smiling at Zhan, while he smiled back and nods his head.

" Not here Paul ! Please. "  Zhan protested since he had taken him to the place he avoided the most at this moment. Paul smiled looking at him  " Don't worry Yibo is not here "

" But still..... " Zhan wasn't sure if it was right choice to come over that place " Come on, you love the food over here and it's free " Paul joked and pulled Zhan inside.

Actually it was Yibo's Restaurant, Moonlight. He named it after their mutual love for moon and star gazing. Zhan avoided this place after the accident since it had lot of their memories together. But Paul pulled him inside making him sit in the table near the window. As soon as the waiter saw Zhan he bought his usual, pancakes, it was his specialty and he loved the fact it was named after him. " How is ZhanCakes ? " Paul laughed eating his pancakes." Amazing, still the same " Zhan smiled.

" He was crazy in love with you to name it after you. He should have named it after me, I mean, girls would have loved it " He laughed in attempts to make Zhan laugh as well, Zhan laughed since he didn't want to make him sad as well. And they both continued to eat their pancakes.

Yibo felt really bored sitting in his house so he  decided to check out the Restaurant, his Restaurant. His mother said he named it Moonlight, ' not bad '  he thought .He loved the moon and Star gazing. He got the address from his father and decided to check it out. Yibo slowly walked on the very familiar streets, he did remember the streets, they were lovely as always, many memories of him and brother playing on these streets came back to him as he  smiled in this thought. His legs had automatically reached the place without him realizing, it was as though his feet remembered the place, but he didn't.

Yibo opened the door and as soon he opened the door, he loved the interior since it was a theme Restaurant of the planets and night sky, maybe he did fulfill his dream, but it was sad that he didn't remember it.

As Yibo's eyes roamed around it landed on two people sitting by the window, as he looked close it was his brother with a guy, he walked close to get a better view.

" Paul- ge ! " he waved to him and the guy sitting opposite to him turned back to look at Yibo. At that exact moment Yibo stood in his place as the guy looked at him, he felt as though his gaze was familiar, the head ache was back and all that stuck his mind was a voice....  A voice and laugh so sweet.

Yibo..... Yibo..... Yibo..... Calling me sweetly in my head, I blanked out.
