As the tailor tightened my corset and adjusted my dress with a few stitches, Noah peered through the window and saw my reflection in the mirror.

I then turned towards my dressing table, where I rummaged around, trying to find a pair of matching earrings to pair with it.

I opened the box, curious to see what was inside.

These earrings would pair perfectly. They are also encrusted with diamonds and sapphires.

I shrugged my shoulders then smiled.

You must have gotten me them sometime and forgot. You give me so many expensive gifts, Father.

I slipped the earrings on and Father helped me with the necklace.

There... truly beautiful.

I blushed and smiled to myself.

He patted my head a single time and smiled.

Meanwhile, Noah's cheeks flushed upon seeing me wear the familiar earrings that he had gotten me.
