Time line:(After Mugen Train Arc and before Entertainment District Arc)
Information:Y/n is the little sister of Shinobu Kochou and the girlfriend of the late flame hashira and is the water pillars bestfriend and partner, both share the tittle of the water hashira.Both had known each other since childhood and they were an trio including Sabito.The three were trained under Urokodaki,Sakonji and when Sabito died Y/n helped Giyuu recover from his trauma.
Present(Main Story):
Y/n was walking through the forest and noticed Giyuu near their spot in the river, whenever they miss Sabito or when they have a problem they go there so yoy walk up to him and sat near him putting a hand on his shoulder."Giyuu...whats wrong?" you ask your voice full of worry."Y/n..." Giyuu says his voice weak from crying as he looked into your eyes his ocean blue staring into your e/c then suddenly he pulls you into a hug."Y/n...im dying..".Your eyes widen of worry "What do you mean? whats wrong did a demon put an blood demon art on you? what are saying?!" You say confused and worried."im..i have the Hanahaki disease.." your eyes widen even more tears forming."No...what since when?!".
"for over..the 5yrs ive been with you Y/n..".You start to cry hugging giyuu tightly."Why didnt you tell me...and who was the girl you loved...but didnt love you back..?" You ask as he looks at umyou his eyes glinting in love.Your eyes widen once again as realization hit you...he loved you for 5yrs and you were too blind by your love to Kyojurou that you didnt notice Giyuu's love...you know Giyuu loves you..but you thought it was just bestfriend love...now...your gonna lose him.."Giyuu...please...please....im sorry im so stupid...please..im so sorry" "Y/n dont you dare apologize..." "i love you too..im so stupid for not realizing it so soon.." "im glad i love you too.." then giyuu coughs out flower petals and blood."Looks like my time is near.." "Giyuu dont you dare! please i cant lose you too! please!".You continue to beg as Giyuu held your cheek and kissed you his own body going weak you kiss him back as tears stream down your cheek.After 5 minutes Giyuu pulled away smilling weakly as you smile back you lean your forehead againts his.Then...he coughed up one last time then a flower bloomed out of his mouth as he dies...you look at him your eyes swealing up as you cry holding his corpse. 2 hours pass as the hashiras find you crying,Giyuu's corpse in your arms their eyes widen as some tears up as Shinobu walks to you."Y/n what happend?..".As you explain you cling even more onto giyuu as you recall your last moments with him then Sanemi and comforted you the others leave you for a few minutes before talking and tells you, you need to let giyuu go...after 5 hours of convincing you all head back to the HQ and had giyuu buried with you still crying in the butterfly estate...
