The way I see it. Aotian and Landuo belong together and Chenyi and yao yao belong together. Even though she is the same person. Yao yao needs to finish her story with Chen yi so that Aotian and Landuo/yao yao can be together.

Really? The author couldn’t give us more insight on chenyi’s and Yao Yao’s last couple of months together. We barely got to see them as a married couple. This is honestly a bit frustrating. Like I get that Aotian is the main lead n he will end up with Yao Yao. But the author really didn’t have to do chenyi so dirty.
