The View

"I think... Um... I think I should... go..."

Oh my god!!! I can feel my cheeks. It is so hot. What should I do? My heart is pounding but why? Do I like him? Impossible I only met him two times. Or do I like his andsome face. His muscles that is looking oh so delicious. Maybe because of his dazzling eyes. Or is it because of his dominating yet gentle voice?

I don't know. Oh my god. Maybe it is best if I just really go. I look at him and no! He's way too close.

"Sir Lance. Uhm..." I said nervously.

I looked at him and his left eye brow is making a gesture as if he wanted me to correct something. I looked at him puzzled and I realise that I called him Sir ah... So is that really it? Whatever.

"Lance..." I said it with confusion. "Lance, I think I should go. I really do appreciate the help. So, in order to pay you back maybe I'll treat you to dinner? If you have the time." This time I said it firm.

He is looking at me. Oh my... This is actually nerve wracking. I can't believe I just asked someone to have a dinner with me. He is still looking at me and the smile lurking around his lips is, it is breath takingly beautiful. Those eyes are so bright.

"Dinner it is." He said with his astounding voice.

"Okay then. Dinner it is." I said with a little too much of joy. Well played.

"So... What time should I pick you up?"

That tone again. Please, body don't react too much.

"Time. Your call." I said trying to maintain my composure.

I'm telling you, if you were on my position you would just barely hold your breath and keep yourself together. I know this because that is what I'm experiencing right now. The gods has bestowed the most beautiful man and he is standing in front of me.

"Seven. In front of the bookstore."

"Seven it is." I agreed. "I really think I should go." I looked at the clock and I'm almost late. "Oh my god. I really should go. Thank you, Sir Lance. I mean Lance. Thank you." I said and hurriedly I ran. Like I know the place and turns out his house is far enough for me to not be able to run.

"Hey! Ana!" He shouted. "I'll give you a lift."

"Thank you!"

I get inside his car. I looked at him and he seemed so serious. As if the Lance that I just have a conversation a while ago is gone and non-existent. He turned on the radio and this classical music started to play.

I looked outside the window and enjoy the view. At first I would say the it is breathtaking but when I saw the man sitting beside me, the scenery is just a compensation for those people who are unlucky enough to not see the beauty beside me. I took a glance at him and I know that I like him.
