Episode 2- Thrown into the abyss

Chapter 2

Rachel the now beautiful Rachel walks through the deserts.

Who would believe that yesterday she was being attended

by hundreds of servants, and now she is all alone?

How was she not supposed to die if she never did anything in life?

She never learned to be anything living under her father's protection since she had

no needs. Still not believing what had happened or how that beast finished with

everything she loved.

How could that beast end my father’s life? He, who had always looked for his

kingdom and who was fair making sure that everyone had what they deserved. He

still gave offerings without asking or doubting why. He never failed however,

that beast just wanted an excuse to eliminate us. Now I only have two options

either to kill or be killed by that beast.

In the distance, she notices two silhouettes of men.

Unable to believe what her eyes were seeing,

her steps began to take speed.

Without realizing it she was running towards them.

The two men watching the beautiful woman stop their camels

letting her approach them. Once reaching them

she begins to tell them what had

happened to her and her kingdom.

Not knowing the malice inside their hearts.

The two men look at each other.

"You said you are a princess, right?

Well don't worry your majesty we will take

you to a place worthy of someone like you."

Says one of the men laughing.

Rachel notices what is

happening and begins to walk backward.

"Now that I think about it, you are really pretty to just give you away. What do you

think comrade?" The other man says.

"You are right. Why don't we have a good time first then after that, we can sell

her; Besides, I've never experienced what it's like being with a princess. I

think it will be delicious. Now, try not to move my princess. I promise you that

we are not going to hurt you if you behave." said the first man.

Rachel struggles then one of the men slaps her breaking her lip.

"Didn't you hear me? Don't move\, you b***h!" said the first man.

Taking her by force they start to tear off her clothes.

Rachel screams, but nobody helps her.

"No, release me! No,  help! Leave me you damn pigs !!!"

"Yes, scream that makes this even more exciting, scream louder either way nobody

else will hear that beautiful mouth." says the other man.

She struggles feeling hate and disgust; so much that she feels how her blood starts

burning, waking the blood from her eyes. Her body trembles, her heart beats strongly

and for the first time... she feels the portal of death opening through her eyes.

Feeling how the power arises through her body, the first man looks into her

eyes. Then he starts screaming in despair. The man takes a knife in his hands, and

cuts his comrade throat finally  committing suicide,

"AhAhAh !!! What did I do?"Cleaning her face sees the blood on her hands.

"What is ... this." Says Rachel falling to the ground.

 A tall, tanned man appears in front of the two thieves' bodies. He looks at the

bodies then see Rachel's body and rage he had felt before arises.

A red light that only those who are about to die can see, begins to wrap around his

body. Taking the bodies of the now-dead men, he burns them to dust knowing that it isn't

enough to calm his fury. He then looks at Rachel taking her in his arms.

"Never thought I will meet such a stupid woman."Says Daniel smiling.

mm if your eyes hadn’t called me; how could I have seen the fury of your heart?

I made no mistake my dear, you were the chosen one.

The figure and Rachel disappear as if they never existed.

Arriving at a luxurious palace

one of the servants approaches the two.

"My lord, there are still problems approaching

from the west, threatening the inhabitants of

the city Vel." Says the male servant.

"Don't worry, your queen has awoken;

We can finally prepare everything. For now, I just need

you to prepare a tub with hot water and maids to serve her."

Says Daniel.

"At your service my lord." says the servant leaving

As Rachel dreams,

she begins to have memories

of what it seems like an indestructible

woman and a man with ash hair.

Walking to them, she asks.

"Excuse me,  Can you tell me where am I?"

"There is nothing to fear. Welcome home, dear." Smiling warmly.

Opening her eyes, she gets scared not recognizing anything around her.

Everything is so extravagant, even the bed feels so soft and different,

and the walls are adorned with pure gold.

"Where am I? What happened to me?"

Remembering the men she begins to shiver. Maids enter her room.

"Your majesty the water is ready.

Let your humble servant help you." Says the maid

"What are you talking about? Who are you? Do not approach me!" Says Rachel.

"I know that you don’t understand anything, don’t worry, I will not harm you. I’m only here

to serve you." Says the maid

"Okay fine, but please tell me how did I get here?" Asks Rachel

"I am afraid that I’m not allowed to talk about that.

Please, my lady, don’t make this difficult for your servant." The maid apologizes

Rachel is taken to take bath,

while she bathes one of the maids slips into the next room.

"Your majesty, my lady has woken up and is now taking a bath." Says the maid

"Okay, you may go." Says Daniel

Maid leaves. Daniel is

relieved and remembering what had happened before.

"They thought they could win, but, the game is just starting," says Daniel laughing.

In the next room, Rachel

finishes bathing and her maids help her get dressed and ready.

"Now could you tell me how did I get here? asking another maid.

"I'm afraid we are forbidden to talk about it." Says the young maid.

Getting mad Rachel screams at them.

"If you don't plan on telling me anything then I need all of you to leave!"

"Your majesty, please do not make this complicated. We only follow orders"

Says one of the maids.

"I said get out!"

Maids run out of the room.

Rachel lies down in the bed thinking

about what had happened while tears fall from

her eyes.

What am I supposed to be then? Was I really the one who killed them?

Why is all of this happening to me? And nobody explains anything.

And what that bull said I don't even know if it's true. I need a mirror.

Standing right away as she saw the mirror on her vanity. She sees her reflection in the

mirror not recognizing herself. She only sees her sister's face and those strange

eyes of hers. Feeling angry as she remembers the words of the bull, grabbing a

chair she throws it at the mirror breaking it. Falling to the ground, she cries

uncontrollably. Not understanding what she did or why she didn’t die with the

rest of her family. An elderly lady enters the room, hugging the now queen.

"Your majesty, don’t do this to yourself. Please,

Come let me help you lie down."

The other maids enter the room seeing what has happened.

"What are you maids waiting for?

don't just stand there and help clean up this mess.

And you, yes you bring something to eat for the queen." Says Esther

"Y...yes, right away," says the maid.

"Tell me what's your name? And why does everyone say that I am the queen?"

Says Rachel.

"My girl, don't be upset nobody will hurt you.

Answering your question my name is Esther.

Now, I will need you to be a good girl

and when the maid brings the food

I need you to eat and recover.

Once you do all this I will answer your questions.

If I may, I will excuse myself now." Leaving the room.

Ester leaves the room and

Rachel feels something strange in her heart something she had never experienced;

just with a few words Ester had calm her down and made her feel safe.

"Just for today..." Says Rachel.
