you smiled at all the cadets.
after dinner Erwin gave you your own room you looked at the bed in wonder
you never slept in one before just in trees and caves
you smiled at him you were very grateful for everything.
even meeting him you were very lonely by yourself outside the walls
he walked out and muttered something you didn't hear

you were caught off from your thinking when something dropped from a flap of leather in the cover.
it was a medium sized book so it was possible, to hide something in it .
it was a syringe. but it was empty
