3. A new job

A few weeks after Jun's recovery, Ariel took her to his working place. It was a huge building in the heart of the city, and everybody adress him high and mighty.

" You have appointment at twelve with Enka , boss " welcomed the manager by the lobby door. He nodded to Jun " Good morning young master "

" Good morning John "

Ariel and Jun walked side to side. Everyone on the first floor bowed. " Still early, John . How's the trainee department?"

" The head of department is waiting for your instruction sir "

" Tell him I will visit seventh floor "

" Haik " John pressed the button and let his superior enter the elevator. He took another one.

Ariel's office at eleventh floor, viewing the harbour. He gave Jun the table at the same room. " I will test the trainee myself. What is your opinion, Jun? "

" Wise, "

Jun sat at his chair,started checking the document. Ariel had his secretary helping him removed his coat at another side of the room. Coffee for both were served.

"We have plenty resourcers here. I give you one if you need assistant, perhaps?"

" Not necessary "

" Don't you like owning this building, junior? "

" Stop joking , I'm glad to help."

" Arthur said you don't like his office?"

" Lawyers things , lawyers friends, how boring "

Ariel laughed . He often thought that Jun was more manly than himself. Had him as a new family member definitely a good choice.

The meeting at twelve with Enka's representative: a middle age woman named Nancy Hamdan. Her volumptuous figure was seductive , yet her attitude was otherwise. She spoke direct.

"We want Miss Cathalina only as our product ambassador" she meant only one person needed in this new advertisement. Means, they didn't need another five. Cathalina Buvon was the leader of BMX ,a famous girlband group with six consistent members.

The secretary was stood nearby. Ariel had Jun seated beside him in that guest room and introduced her to the lady previously "We'll having my brother here with us today, Miss Hamdan "

" Jun Jovac, nice to meet you my lady "

Jovac family was famous of being good looking and their harmonious relationship among brothers, but Nancy Hamdan had never witnessed them in person. Today was a special day , she could met one of them in Jovac management headquarter. Jun Jovac in his early twenty , shorter a few centimeter from his brother Ariel, but still unbelievably handsome. Why didn't he appearead more in public ? Entertainment industry would eagerly welcomed him with that look and eyes.

"If you'd like to have a single lady in your next project, ma'am, I advise you to look at other candidate. Can't have Cathalina out of the girls, it just our rule. No solo performance allowed"

"Ah, what a rule. Such a disadvantage for your company to not to give it a go sir . Don't you affraid I will visit another agency ? "

"If you decide so then It will be a good decision" Ariel smirked. "Then shall we end our meeting now? "

Nancy Hamdan sighed. "Please show me another candidates, Mr Jovac "

Ariel gave sign to his secretary. Another documents be laid on the table. The Enka's representative checked them one by one. Her eyes set on Maria woo. A solo singer.

The contract had been signed and the meeting ended.

John sent the guest off .

"Shall we have lunch? " Ariel looked at Jun.

"Do you have canteen in this building? "

"I never been there ..."

Jun smiled to the secretary "Claire right? Would you led the way for us? "

The girl blushed. "That's on the sixth floor, young master "

Oh come on , Ariel laughed quietly.

"Have you call eldest brother today?" Ariel glanced across him. Jun enjoyed her tonkotsu ramen. She wore dark blue suit that Ran ordered himself from italian designer. What a handsome creature.

" Since you guys treat me so well, I'll call him now " the girl chuckled.

We met a devil and bring her home , Ariel sighed. "At least text him. He doted you since the first day you came to us "

" Sure , brother "

Ariel had singaporean laksa for his lunch. And this was the first time ever he set his foot on office canteen. The whole building must be covered in gossip by now.

" How many trainee we have so far?"

" A hundred "

" And the debutant?"

" Ten "

" Too crowd"

" Excuse me? "

Jun gave Ariel deep look. "Give me a chance to do something in this company, brother. I will not dissapoint you"

Since you guys so boring with your life, making a stranger into family, as well I pay some respects for that effort.

" We go to seventh floor after this break. And see how you say later "

Seventh floor was the huge area exclusively built for many kinds of activities. The dance hall, the theather, the catwalk, and studio. This area supervised under trainee department. Herman Yoong was in charge.

The boss and his brother presence were unusual, so everyone was wondering what changed might be happened. Jovac management was a family corporation,with Jovac senior as the founder. He had a dream, created the best artist in the industry.

This country was typical anyone could enter the entertainment industry just because of their look, their parents's connection, the bribing, or when your video went viral in social media. For Jovac, those were big nonsenses.

He was a fan of korean entertainment cultures, therefore he built Jovac management and brought Korean strict training cultures in to the company.

Only those who had same thought would understand akind.

" What you gonna do about them ? " asked Jun, seated beside Ariel. They were in dancing hall and everybody already assembled a few minutes before their arrival.

" Ahhh, I let you decide, " Ariel smiled. " You are their director after all ."

" Since when ? "Jun annoyed. Seemed god gave her too many surprised recently.

" Since now, junior " Ariel laughed. Suddenly he wanted to tease someone on purpose. Would be amusing to see her blushed, no?

No.

She didn't blush at all. He shook his head, dissapointed. A devil.

Herman noticed the brothers immediately. A small mistake would bring you despairs. So he would not make any visible mistake. Kiss the boots, lick the boots.

" This is the first time we meet , young master Jun " he bowed to the silver hair golden eyed person.

"He will be taking care of you from today. Call him director Jun. " said Ariel coldly.

" Oh, pardon my rudeness, director Jun "

Jun stood up. "Please take care of me everyone "

Claire and John stood behind the masters. Herman seated on the left, Ariel in the middle and Jun on the right. The trainees were anticipating.

" So the debutant not here right? "Ariel checked Herman. The middle age man said no. " Then call the boyband to come over. "

" We got ten groups of boyband sir ,"

" Call them one by one to perform."

Then begun the performance. Each groups had seven members, and they did well in dancing rapping and singing the korean famous songs.

" So the rest were girlbands or what ? "

" No, Director Jun. We have only two girlbands. The others were single performer "

" Give the girlband chance to perform for me , would you ?" Jun smiled. Everyone was in hypotized when she finished her sentences.

First girlband performed famous britain song, and the second performed indonesian pop song. Jun watched quietly until the last performance. The girlbands existed five members each, so those who did not perform yet were twenty people.

Twenty girls.

Ariel whispered to Jun's ear " Wanna test them ? "

" Yes. "

" We can do it tomorrow if you are tired, junior. You not completely recover "

" I'm fine, brother. Since I'm the director " Jun smirked. Ariel started regreting his decision prior.

Out of everyone's expectation, the girls performed very well in short time. No necessary problem accured. Jun watched and listened passionately, patiently, and each time took some notes. Even Herman never been felt so proud of his kids at that times.

Jun's attitude was calming the whole universe.

"Out of nine bands, I want three to debut." Jun decided. "Regardless the gender. The exam will be tomorrow night. "

The murmurs and discussion were started to noised up. Ariel peeled an orange and served to Jun. Claire served tea for three.

"Out of twenty, Three will have their debut. The exam also tomorrow , by ten am. Good luck everyone, we call it a day "

" Thank you director ! " the kids cheered and applaused. Some of them giggling and appraising the new boss.

Herman called his subordinates in emergency meeting. His department was in chaos, thanks to a certain someone.

The masters still stayed a few minutes in dancing hall with their tea and snacks.

Meanwhile in ladies room, Claire was cornered by her collegues and trainees. "Our new director. Tell us more about him, Claire "

" Yeah, don't be so petty "

" He looks so young. What is his relation to our PD?"

" I don't know much, girls. He is a Jovac , that's all." Claire managed to escape after a phone call from John, and she owe him a big obligation for that. Girls indeed scary when they became fangirl.

Arthur and Ran waited in their dining seat when the two were entering the dining room. The mansion was like cathedral, huge, and still too huge for four persons.

" Hi brother " Jun greeted both.

" Company was fun? " asked Ran.

Ariel rolled his sleeves "Yeah, our handsome sister stole the show "

" You appointed her as a director, I heard " Arthur mumbled.

" She fit to that position. Saved me from lots of headache."

"Then she will be with you all the time "

"Is someone being jealous or what?" Ariel yelled laughing.

"Your manner, kid." Ran pointed sternly. The butler

served greek grilled turkey and hot chicken soup.

Jun thanked him and he bowed politely.

Her first dinner in this mansion was an awkward one. She read lots of manga with royal dining , with maids and butler stood up during master's dinner, but to experience them in real life was something else. After a few week passed by, she got used to it.

There was no female in this mansion. From the cooks, the servants, the butler, drivers, gardeners,all men. And Jun just strangely loved that.

" Edward said you had a call from your student. " Ran said, waiting Jun's respond. The girl didn't moved a bit. " Don't you wanna contact her ? She sounded worry "

" Another time, brother. Another time "

To left everything behind without looking back, need a firm courage. This time, she determined to do it. I'm A Jovac.
