While nina dressed her daughter she thought about how proud she was to be where she arrived. A little over five years ago she was in a house she hated, in a wedding that killed her a little bit each day.

He didn't love her, that she knew, his lovers and words said that to her. He just didn't want her happy, ever. She had been stuck in that marriage for four years. Her parents had died when she was just 18 and there was no one else to help there. When her parents died she had to sell the house to pay the debts, she rented a mini kitinet and worked as a waitress in a cafeteria, it was there that she met Sam her ex husband, when they met everything was fine, he was a knight , took her to dinner, was always smiling and always gave her a gift even if it was just a flower saying she bought it because it reminded him of her. When she finished counting, Star told hers and said she would help, Star didn't have much but together they would get up.

Soon after, Star told his plans. I wanted to travel to California. Create a female Mc and open a veterinary clinic.

And the rest is history; She and Star went to California, rented a mini apartment, to collect money they became waitresses in a cafeteria where they met Paradise, cherry and Candy. From that day they were inseparable. Star knew someone who made new identities for all the girls with the nicknames and so nina's name became ember, and as they considered themselves family they chose to share the same surname. Ember knew one thing his ex wouldn't find her under that new name all she had to do was not stay on social media and stay away from the police, as well as men. And that's how Nina Spencer was reborn as Ember dobrivizk. And together she and her friends founded Bitchs Mc. Star encouraged everyone to take self-defense classes and fights and classes to have a gun and stay safe. So they all went to live together as one big family, protecting each other's backs.

After a few years here she was, with her safe and healthy daughter, attended an MC, built a family with her friends and had her spa. Everything was fine.

Today was girls' day. She and Laila went shopping, did their hair and nails and went to eat in a restaurant, they did it once a week as long as Laila could understand and before that they went for walks. It was just a time for them mother and daughter. And Laila loved it. "Mommy let's go" shouted Laila

They went to the spa where candy and lizzy were working and did their nails and hair. Soon after, they went and bought a beautiful dress full of butterflies for Laila. At lunch they went to Sarah's restaurant, the food was wonderful, Laila wanted the macaroni and cheese and Ember ordered the salmon.

When it was time to leave while Ember paid the bill at the exit, Laila went into hiding because she saw a little bird on the street injured. By the time Ember saw it, it was almost too late. "Laila no" A car was coming towards her daughter. But out of nowhere he went out and saved his sweet daughter.

"Laila" cried out in relief

"Laila; thank goodness you are fine, god you gave me a heart attack dear" said Ember hugging, kissing and checking his daughter. Thank goodness she was fine.

When she calmed down a little she turned to the man who saved her girl to thank him but as soon as she looked at him her words caught in her throat. That man was hot but also dangerous. He had short black hair with a little gray at his temples, his eyes resembled melted chocolate, he was at least six feet tall. His build was wide and large, full of muscles, but not as a bodybuilder or as someone who spends all the time in the gym, but as if he takes care of himself and works out with heavy work. Ember was attracted to him, but the vibration of danger he emanated made her take a step back in a trance and it was when her daughter spoke that she shook herself from him.

"Thank you, boy"

"Yes thanks for salvo there. I don't know what I would do if something happens to her" she said shakily

"You're welcome" he said in a hoarse and intense voice looking at her before looking at his daughter, his eyes softening when he spoke to the little girl "Ok, be more careful, sweetie, you could have hurt yourself a lot"

"But the bird is hurt" said the little girl sobbing

"Wait here" he said

Ember and Laila watched him return to the street and gently pick up the little bird before returning to them. "Here" said passing the bird to Laila

"Thank you" I said smiling sweetly at him

Then he looked at Ember

"You have to take it to a vet, but I think it will be okay" said the staring

"Okay" said Ember taking another step back instinctively

"I'm a Devil" said seeing her apprehension "It's actually Nathaniel but everyone calls me Devil"

"Ember" so she swallowed "and she is Laila"

"Where are you from, Ember?"

"We have to go again, thank you," she said hastily taking Laila and going without realizing that she dropped the receipt she took from the restaurant and that Devil took it while watching her. Ember knew something. That man was a problem and had to stay away from him.
