Well, I've never seen violence in a large scale happening with my own two eyes, But Yes It does happen and it's totally unjust. I think People usually don't try stopping violence that's happening because of two major reasons. First, If the fight is involving some big personality, They don't wanna offend that person. Second, They think that it doesn't concern them and so they choose to be plain Bystanders. The people choose to record the whole event rather than helping the person who's being besieged. People aren't being responsible citizens any longer, they just concern themselves with their own safety or posting the whole event online instead of actually helping someone else. I'd say this is terrible, People need to change their perspective and try looking out for others as well (It came out too long, Sorry for taking so much of your time if you considered reading this comment)
