Chapter 5

Is something wrong Kanato? (Asked Subaru)

- She can't teleport can she?.... (said Kanato instantly frowning)

- I guess she can't, she is only a newborn, she doesn't know how to. (Subaru replied)

- Don't tell me I'll have to pick her up and teleport with her, or even worse we're going to have to walk all those stairs. Teddy's going to get tired.... I'm not doing that!!! Subaru, you go do that, I'll be already there checking the water or something. (And with that Kanato teleported out of the living room)

- Guess we're going to have to walk, but if you want i could just carry you..

Subaru reached for the girl, but she dodged and hid behind Shu, suprising Subaru.

- I guess little Lily doesn't like you Subaru, I know, why don't I carry her~ (Laito teleported right in front of Lilith scaring her and was just about to grab her as Shu picked her up.

- Enough, she's tired (Shu said in his usual monotone voice). She just returned from quite a long journey and doesn't need anymore adventures.

He teleported out of the room with Lilith in his arms near his chest.

- I guess our sister is quite shy, don't you think~ (Laito smirked and let out a little chuckle as he too teleported).

Reiji found a few small bottles of some rare blood in the basement near some old furniture. (Should be enough for now - he thought). He then teleported to an old unused, but beautiful room near the library. It wasn't too different from the other guestrooms it the house expect it was done in blue colors (light blue wallpaper, dark blue curtains and bedsheets, really light blue desk and chair, and, well, you get it) and had a huge glass window from the ceiling to the floor, from one side if the room to the next.

The little girl was laying in the bed (kind of looking out of place since the bed was pretty big and she was kind of small) clean, wearing a pretty white nightgown, with her hair braided (clearly Subaru's work). Four brother's were around her (Shu, Ayato, Subaru and Laito), while Kanato was sitting on a chair hugging Teddy near the big window. Reiji walked closer to Lilith (who looked to be looking at everything with curiosity, but at the same time clearly really tired) and sat on her bed near her. He put his hand behind her back and made her sit up. Reiji then gave her one of the bottles and opened it. As soon as he opened it all her attention was on the bottle. She without any doubt started chugging down the bottle with blood (showing that she didn't know how to control herself, but she was a newborn after all (Reiji knew that that was the first thing they were going to work on)). After finishing two more bottles (or what was left of them from the party already mentioned prior) the brothers wiped of the blood off her lips and put her to sleep. She was really tired and fell asleep almost instantly. That was the beginning of her new life.
