Nagita was about to reach for the glass when the sound of her house bell rang. Nagita put her hand back on her thigh, took the cellphone, then rose to her door. When Nagita opened the door, a red basket lay before her, with the baby's face wrapped in a white cloth.

Nagita immediately called the police. Half an hour later, the police inspected the scene, asked Nagita as a witness, until then the police who examined the baby's condition found a piece of paper.

"Bring it," Nagita said coldly. "Not my business."
The officer nodded. Together with his colleague, he took the red basket away from Nagita's house. Right when the officer opened the car door, Nagita exclaimed. "Wait."
Both of them turned towards Nagita. Waiting.
Half an hour later, Nagita was in the living room, with a red basket beside her screaming for some reason. Nagita typed words in an internet search engine — how to care for babies by themselves. 1
