Chapter 4 : The Skirt

Early Morning. Jung Residence. EunHa's POV.

I lazily brush my hair, staring blankly at myself infront of the mirror. It's yet, another day, but I don't actually know what's going on with myself. But truth be told, all these confusion happening with me happens right after that Jungkook came into my life.

I know I shouldn't have been bothered, but out of all the people, why does it have to be him who would know my secrets?

There's no way I am going to get lose from him now that someone has finally aware of something I've been trying to hide. But again, just another flashback came into my head.

"You made me horny with that short skirt of yours. Next time, I won't let you get away with it.. so be ready."

That fucking perverted bastard! What does he mean about it? What should I be ready for? Aish..! I throw my comb on the bed side, I heave a deep sigh yet my eyes trailed down on my skirt. I didn't know what just came into my mind, but I decided to fold an inch and made my skirt even shorter.

"EunHa..! Are you finish dressing up? Come on, you'll be late for school!" yells Eun Woo oppa from the staircase. "Coming!"

I took my bag immediately as I came running down, meeting him infront of the main door. He takes a judging glance on me before he asks, "Your skirt..? Isn't it too much.. I mean, it's too short, EunHa."

I stutter in place, "N-No, it's just fine oppa." he clicks his tongue, throwing his jacket on my face. "You better wear this and cover yourself." He then saunters his way to his motorcycle, I came running as I followed him.

Windy Morning. Hwang University, east wing. EunHa's POV.

I let Eun Woo oppa drop me few blocks away from the facade of the school. It's really a shame for me to hide myself from Somi and Yeri who would probably see me riding an old school motorcycle. Ugh, I'm sorry Eun Woo oppa..

The temperature was cold as I've decided to wear the jacket of Eun Woo, but I was struggling with my skirt which is being continuously blown by the wind. I keep holding on to the skirt while I was walking until I made a little jump from where I am, a telescope has been suddenly thrown infront of my way. "What the..?"

I look around to find three guys who looked like a freshmen of Hwang University hiding behind the huge tree, the three of them shows themselves and looks at my way, bowing their heads nervously and respectfully as they were muttering words which I couldn't clearly hear.

"Forgive us, Ms. Jung.." "We won't do it again." "We're sorry."

Until then, the three of them started to run away. Taking the other side walk until they've disappeared. I scratch my nape, dumbfounded to what is actually going on. "Weird..?"

Until I heard a sudden deep voice behind me, I flinch a little to find the guy which I had laid my eyes on during Yoongi's house party but the only member who didn't even introduced himself at me. Wait, what was his name again..? Which Somi whispered at me.. Was it T-Taehyung..?

"Better change your skirt. If that is, you want men to drool over you again and again." he spoke but he never once looked at me. With his little amount of words, he continues to walk on to the side way leaving me speechless and.. embarrassed. I watch him heading away, I gulp my throat as realization hit me.

D-Did he just talked to me? B-But, how stupid of me! He would think I'm an attention whore! And.. what was that telescope, those three freshmen.. were they sneaking around to see me?! Goddamn! Why didn't I even know! Aish..! Way to go, EunHa! That was so embarrassing!

I hit my head several times, until the school bell rings making me run fast to catch up with my first subject.

Late Afternoon. Hwang University, cafeteria. EunHa's POV.

"Hellooo..?" a hand waves infront of me, it was Yeri. "Earth to EunHa..?" Somi snaps her finger infront of me until I've realized that I've been staring blankly at the silver colored soda can across the other table, mentally spacing out.

"A-Ah..? I'm sorry. What are we talking about again?" I twist the cap of my water bottle, drinking a half of it. "Is something the matter, EunHa? You've been like these for days. We couldn't even talk to you seriously. You're spacing out all of a sudden." wonders Yeri. Somi continues to stare at me as if she's trying to guess what's running on my mind.

"N-Nothing. There was just some problems back in the house. But I'm fine." I spoke, trying not to tremble within my voice. The two shuts for a moment, until they nodded in understanding. "Oh, is that so? Hope you'll get through with it, EunHa! We know you can do it!" chirps Yeri, gesturing a 'fighting sign'.

I giggle, Somi then suddenly asks. "So, is it really true that you and Jungkook are together? I really just can't get over that announcement he did at the house party!" she giggles, holding on to her chest as she felt fluttered about it.

Yeri giggles as well, covering her mouth not to squeal or make some bothering sounds. "Yeah, yeah.. See what happened to Yeoreum?! The fuck, that bitch deserves it."

Until there was something I've remember quickly, Rule #3: Stay as my ex. I gently bit my lower lip, "Nah.. W-We're not together. I told you, he's my ex. He's just crazy or something.. D-Don't mislead everything he did that night. It was really, nothing." I pointed out the last word as I take a last bite of my clubhouse sandwich.

Their faces turned into a shallow one, "B-But how could you even say that? Well, duh.. Jeon Jungkook is Hwang University's casanova. He would never flop down by saying he has a girlfriend because we know he has alot of girls to be with. But heck..! T-That one fucking night, he told everyone that you're his girl! You're the legal one above all, Jung EunHa!" Somi battles, Yeri nods in agreement.

Well, truth be told.. I never knew what that guy is like so I really have no idea at all. "You know what, I have nothing to say. You wouldn't even believe everything I have to say. But for the last time, Jeon Jungkook is my ex boyfriend."

All of a sudden, an arms wraps around my shoulder to find the least person expected. "Who says we broke up?" His face touch my cheek, I could smell his perfume and all, his warm presence made my cheeks redden from his sudden appearance. I slightly move away to look at him, he moves away as I watch him sit beside me.

The other casanovas were all around us, there were some several vacant seats on our area as they've decided to join us. "W-What are you talking about?" I muttered silently, my heart that denied any sort of happy emotions crumbled away. With a flash, Jungkook laced his arm around my waist as he pulls me even closer to him. Our bodies started to connect it gave me a crazy feeling as of the moment.

"Is it okay if we join you for lunch, ladies..?" asks Namjoon, he sat beside Somi but Jin immediately pulled him away, making him the one who sits beside Somi. "H-Hi..!" he greets, I watch as Somi gently bit her lower lip but she gave Jin a handshake right after.

"Way to go, Jin!" Namjoon rolls his eyes as he was left seated in between Jin and Yoongi. Hoseok took a small sip from his Jungle Juice, he wasn't looking on our way that made me curious about his sudden quietness. "A-Ah..! Hoseok's kinda not with himself right now."

My eyes blinked curiously, "B-But why..?" "He's been drunk again last night and forgot to review for the Entrepreneurship quiz. So he got a freaking shining zero." says Yoongi but he shush me, "Let's not talk about it infront of him. He'll throw tantrums again. Jungle Juice would make him shut so yeah..~"

I giggle a little, until Jimin came beside me with a tray full of overloaded cheese fries and nachos. "Beep!~ Beep!~ One overloaded cheese fries and nachos for everyone!" he chirps, as he sat beside me he took a piece and offered me to take a bite. "Say aah~ EunHa!" Until Jungkook slaps Jimin's hand away.

"Yah, you shouldn't do that to my girl! She's my girl, I should be the one to feed her." mutters Jungkook, deathly eyeing on Jimin. Jimin frowns a little, I comforted him. "Yah, you shouldn't be that harsh to Jimin, Jungkook-ah..!" Jimin's cute and fragile.. huhu

Jungkook looked at me as if I've said something wrong, when my vision caught someone that made my mouth gaped open. My emotion suddenly affects me with this guy's presence, making my vision all focused on him and everything around him became blur. "Yah, Taehyung-ah..! Where have you been?" asks Namjoon.

I watch as Taehyung sat beside Yeri, placing his book on top of the table. "I just had to borrow some History book from the library." he answers like an intelligent man. Gosh, not only he has a beautiful face, a warm attitude but he has also a sexy mind. What more could you ask for a guy?

My dreamy vision pops when I felt a cold hand lands on my thigh. It was Jungkook's. My eyes flashed quickly from Jungkook to the others, thankful that they are all caught up with their different conversations around the table. I narrowed my eyes on him, as a warning to quit fooling around.

I push his hand off from my upper thigh, but he insists. He slides his hand sneakily, fingers dancing my bare skin. I didn't know what to react next, but I wasn't aware that I've made an amicable smile. Jungkook was so mischievous, he began rubbing my thigh slowly and sensually. When all of a sudden, his cool finger slipped underneath my skirt as I've gasp audibly.

The others turned around questioningly. "Is there something wrong, EunHa..?" asks Somi. All eyes were on us. I quickly shook my head, desperately hoping that my face wasn't pink. "A-Ah.. N-No, no, I just bit myself." I lied smoothly with a sheepish expression.

All of them agrees to what I have said, I blow a small sigh of relief, turning my head a little to glare at Jungkook who was stiffling a giggle. He quickly grabbed a piece of fries and nachos as he shove it on his mouth, not meeting my gaze. I tried to brush his hand off away but he caught my fingers, intertwining them with his. And then he gave my hand a small squeeze, as if saying, "Trust me."

"Since we have a dance practice later after dismissal, would like to go and watch us on the practice room..?" asks Namjoon, referring to us girls. Somi and Yeri excitingly yelp, "Ofcourse! We'd love to!" My eyes narrowed as if I've remembered that I couldn't go because I have some care taking duties of this jerk's house. "What about you, EunHa..? You'll watch us right?" asks Jimin.

"I can't come." "Why..?!" simultaneously they asks. "C-Cos, I'm.." Shit what to lie again?

"EunHa and I are going on a date. So I'm sorry if I couldn't come to the dance practice. Just excuse me for today, hyung." Out of sorts, Jungkook answers on my behalf. Everyone giggles especially Somi and Yeri when Jungkook's naughty hand slides to wrap it around my waist. "Aigoo, you two looks so good together!" Yeri chirps.

The guys happily gave us a thumbs up, but what I've noticed is that Taehyung never bats his eyes on us, hence, he opens his history book as he started to read on the page he turns. Jungkook whispers on my ear as everyone starts to get pumped up with their conversations again, since the guys were entertaining Somi and Yeri with laughs. "See you later, babe."

Babe..? I cringe, completely dumbfounded to what is going on. Are we really going on a date today?

Facade of Hwang University. 1 Hour After Dismissal Time. EunHa's POV.

I patiently wait for Jungkook, he told me to wait for him infront right after dismissal time. But it already took an hour, still he hasn't shown himself to me yet. I glance on to the other hallway, seeing Taehyung walking all alone with his earphones plugged on his ears.

My innerself went flinching in place. Should I ask him? An almost meter when he reached my way, I stood still infront of him as his eyes batted on me, he stops. Taehyung looked at me wondering, taking off a single piece of his earpiece. "A-Ah.. Perhaps, have you seen Jungkook?" I ask, my throat becomes dry hoping I didn't sound stupid.

Still, his facial expression plastered cold as ever. He shook his head, "He's out from the school an hour ago." "W-What..?" "A girl from Yonsei University came to fetch Jungkook." He bluntly said.

I was mentally demented for a second, "B-But he said, he's taking me out on a date..?" Until I watch his lips curved into a small smile, making me daze and confused. "Sometimes you shouldn't believe his words. Stop waiting for nothing and better go home before the sun starts to set down." He mutters with a smile on his face.

"And oh.." He took my jacket which was laced around my shoulder bag, he flaunt it as he steps closer to mine. He leans as he was about to hug me, but then I felt my jacket wrapped around my waist to cover my skirt behind me. "It's better that way, you should protect yourself from the men around you."

I was strucked and left speechless, Taehyung plugged his earpiece again as he pat my head before he started to walk out of my sight. I didn't know what happened next but I felt something wrong.. with my heart. I turn back as I watch his broad back facing me, I lift my hand up to touch the top of my head which he had patted just a seconds ago. Kim Taehyung..
