When Lian arrived at their house, she saw her mother looking down at her phone absentmindidly. she looks at her mom curiously and went straight to her side to kiss her on the her cheeks that surprised her mother and seems to have woken up from her deep thoughts.

" what's wrong mom?" she asked as she slowly sitting down on the couch in front of her mother.

Ming Fei looked at her as if she is worried about something. Lian look back at her blankly as if urging her to talk.

Before Ming Fei can openly tell her daughter everything single things that worries her but it all changes when she visited Lian in her new school years ago.

Unlike before that Lian almost talks about everything that has happen to her allday, the new Lian just listen to her and will answer if needed. And instead of her supporting Lian financially it got reversed. Oneday Lian asked for her bank account details and tell her that she does not need to work she will take care of everything. She thought that she was only joking to lift up her mood because she's struggling on their finances

but one day she was so surprised when sheve receive a notification from the bank that someone deposits a hundred thousand to her savings account, and everymonth it increases and it turnes to millions. So when she cannot take it anymore she visited Lian again in her school confronting her, but she was so shocked again to find out that while Lian is studying she's also working as a freelance designer to some big time companies. Lian assured her that time that she will take care everything that she can just resign and manage their financial account.

Lian help her build up her own school and it keeps on expanding every year by the help of Lian. Everything is doing well but their relationship did not improve, although she can feel that Lian cares for her. she's very aloof to everyone and a bit distant to her too. Lian became more intimidating when she graduated and practice her course as a prosecutor and build up her own company. she been thinking that it must be because of what happen to their family before.

But it all changes when she remarried and give birth to a twins, a two adorable and bounching babies. Lian was the one who named them. she was practically the one taking care of the twins while she's still recovering, showering them gifts and toys as they grow up. Lian literally spoiled them give them everything, she often play with them. That time, sheve notice the improvement of lian. Lian often smiles although she remained distant to outsiders.

" Mom?"

Ming Fei sighs before she look at lian again "Its about your grandma wei.." she carefully start. she dont want lian to remember what happen before.

" Shes sick and she's requesting for you.." Ming Fei is afraid that Lian will decline because all of the members of Fing Family have been bad and indifferent to her and to Lian. but thats excluding Fing Wei the wife of Fing Lao Lians grandfather.

"Grandma wei?" Lian probe as she try to recall the memories of the past lian. So turns out that the previous lian indeed love her grandma so much because grandma wei spoil Lian too.

" Yes they been trying to contact you but all of your social media accounts are unreachable and they dont have your new contact number." Ming Fei said as she weighting Lians reactions. after sometime Lian response surprise her.

"alright Im going to contact my assistant to move my schedules and to book me a flight to country s tomorrow "

" Lian i know that this is hard for you, but your grandma wei needs you."

" I know mom dont worry i understand" as she slowly get up from her seat and kiss her again " but im gonna miss the foods that you cook though."

"Just the food?.." she jokingly frown at lian

" Of course. my mom. the best mother in the world and my babies.." as she smile at Ming Fei a little...

" How about the coolest and most handsome dad in the world?" while her step dad Andrew pose in front if them like Johny Bravo. She hug her mom for the last time and says her goodnights before leaving without sparing a glance to her lunatic stepdad.

" Lian my lovely daugher why did you not give your captain America look alike dad a hug too" as he pout at the back of leaving lian. Ming Fei just laugh at her husband

" Silly! have you prepared the things that the twins needs for their picnic tomorrow? "

" of course. of course.. what do you think of me? thinking of you? im a superman in the making..im a boy scout"

Ming Fei facepalm at her husband. who would have thought that this lunatic husband of hers is actually a prince from a royal family. people will be so surprise to know that the stoned face Prince Andrew Battenberg is actually crazy.

when Ming Fei did not reply Andrew slowly approach her and hug her from behind while snipping her hair as he whisper "Honey actually your right, im thinking of you and the bed. do you think that its about time to have a twins again but this time baby girls? mmm? " Ming Fei blushed furiously and she smack his shoulder

" Andrew you shamel- ah!" before she can react andrew already lift her carrying her in a bridal style running to their room.
