If she is in the scouts then she should be able to use her ODM gear or her 3D Manuever gear. She can't just fall off like that being in the scouts. Even when Eren was fighting the colossal titan for the 1st time, he too used his gear without being in the scouts. There's no way she could fall like that. That just shows that she is incompetent to be in the Survey Corps. And why didn't anyone even save her? Why only Levi? I am sorry but Author chan, your story has some major plot holes.
