You, Who's so kind

I still remember vividly, the day when I finally met up with him. That day was the first time I've been in this branch office. I knew him back then while I still in the head office, I heard about him, like a lot.

The youngest Sales Manager, he's family so rich, he finished his bachelor degree in the US, and there're so much things they said about him. I really never paid attention for such things. I just keep ooh and ahh about what the others colleagues said that how blessed he is. I just wondering how handsome he is since I'm a sucker for pretty faces hahaha...well I'm a healthy lady after all.

But, curiosity got me. I googled him, I think I might found something if they're said pretty nice things about him. And I kind of regret it, because well for one thing I certain, He's rich. Not just rich, but kinda old rich kind of family. I felt like we're from different world, duh! (my poor heart!).

First time we met, I shake his hand, I smiled, I even done some make up so myself will looks presentable, it's day 1 in the new office anyway. He shake my hand and asked me out for lunch.

"Hi, nice to meet you, I heard so much about you!" he said.

"I hope only good 1 you heard" I joke around, since he's pretty chill person.

"Hahaha, yeah pretty much! Do you wanna lunch together?"

I think for a bit, then answering "If you don't mind why not? Its free meal anyway, since you ask me you pay for it huh?". I put my childish smile so he will take it as light joke, I can pay lunch myself anyway.

He smiled so broadly and it makes my heart flutters. I dunno why he's being nice to me, Is it his behavior with every new staff?

So lunch came up, We ate together, just the two of us. We talked a lot about anything, Families, Churches, Friendship, High School, and some light subjects. I'm so happy for the first day in the new office I've a friend I can talk freely.

"Lou, I wished we can get along in the office, since we'll often cross path" he threw me his charming smile so dazzling I can't help but stare at his pretty face.

When seconds later passed by & when my insanity coming back, "Ofc, sure! I'll do my best to keep up with you all from Sales Dept!".

"I'm happy to hear that! Looking forward to it!"

Later that day after office hour...

He's knocked on my office,"Hey, finished yet? Wanna ride with me?" with that dazzling smile of him asked me.

Actually I was so surprised to see him outside my office, what's it with him and his kindness?

"Nice of you, Kevin. Wait a minute, let me clean up my desk!" And off we go together, He dropped me off in front of my house.

Ahhh, I forget to introduce myself. I'm Louisa, 29yo this year. The one I talked about was Kevin, my new office colleague, 26yo, Sales Manager. It's the beginning of my unrequited love story.
