Dark Empire is known as mysterious organization that hold strongest and largest asset in underworld. 'SPECTRA' with his right-man in charge of everything in organization such assassination, dealing with other leaders and etc. Spectra is only a nickname used by Karen's father, Shun in underworld. Everything regarding underworld (Dark Empire), Shun let Karen used his nickname 'Spectra' to deal with all kind of things.
When Karen managed to escape from her father, Shun had to ask a few of his man to look over his daughter again and again
