*****Hanna's pov*****

ugh my head hurts. I slowly open my eyes from my sleep and notice myself sleeping in one of our resting rooms for trainees. 'when did I fall asleep?' I pondered.

Just a sec later, all the thoughts rushed back to me and a single tear left my eye. I quickly wiped it away. "I'm not going to cry over some slut and a cheater. I deserve better" I talk to myself getting up from the bed.

"that's right Hun. you deserve better" I heard a voice beside me. I was preoccupied with my thoughts that I didn't even notice Sam sitting right next to the couch in which I was sleeping.

"had a good sleep?" he asked me with his ever so gentle tone. he seemed to be a complete different person now. not that he looks physically different but just his aura gives way to it.

"umm..I guess so" I said in a bored tone.

"good! 'cause I have a mission for you. I don't want you to sleep around during this mission. understood?" Sam said with the same tone he used before but I felt butterflies flying in my stomach now. is this feeling because of the 'mission' part or the 'ever-so-gentle-sam' part?

***3 days later***

"Hun! these are the details about your mission. take a look at it" Sam handed me a file.

I am soo excited for this mission already. no matter what this mission is about, I'll give it my best shot. With that thought in mind, I open the file. I see a picture of a girl in her early twenties. nearly my age. I gave a confused look to Sam.

Is this about kidnapping her or what? I'm still not qualified to kidnap or kill people. All I wanted was to get one step further rather than helping others with their mission. I was soo tired to read the file so I ask him what this is all about.

He started explaining each and everything to me about the mission. But all I understood was, I just have to keep this girl away from her so called 'fiance'.

But why? doesn't she like this marriage? sam's next statement answered my question. "the girl and her family is not happy about the marriage. they want to keep this fiance away from her as far as possible". that's what Sam said. another question arose in my mind. If her parents doesn't like this alliance as well, then why does she have a fiance? she could break up with him at any time right?

"well that's not up to them. her brother decides everything for their family and he wants his sister to get married to this guy so that he can get a helping hand in the business industry from his sister's fiance's father" Sam answered.

wow! Sam can even read my mind now. I thought to myself and looked at the file again. Atleast this is better than having 'no' mission. This is something!

***2 days later***

Even though, this mission sounds quite easy, it is actually hard. I've been tracking this girl's whereabouts everyday just to get an idea about her schedule.

It's very different from mine. Mine involves waking up, eating, getting trained in warehouse, eating again and sleeping. simple as that. but her schedule is just too over exaggerated. I can't even keep track of her whereabouts until now.

But one good thing - I've not seen this so called fiance near her until now. 'that's good' I thought.

I followed this girl to the nearby cafe and sat at the exact opposite corner table from hers. she opened one of the books in her hand and started reading it. after sometime, she got up from her seat and was about to leave the cafe when someone stopped her.

'ITS HIM' I thought to myself. it's her fiance. maybe I should get him away from her now? or maybe not? I decided to just look at what he was trynna do to her. he grabbed her wrist and dragged her out of the cafe and led her into a dark street. yes, it was night time. I just followed them into the lane and hid myself from them.

Someone's hand snaked around my waist from my back.

"do you know how much I missed you?" I heard a deep voice. I wasn't able to tell who it was though. but the voice felt familiar. their other hand caressed my face ever-so-gently. I knew who it was in an instant and a shiver ran down my spine right away.

"Da..Da..daewon..!?" I started stuttering. I could still tell it's him just by his touch and that made me even more nervous.

"that's right babe. you still didn't forget me did you?" he whispered in my ear, his hand still caressing over my face gently.

what have I got myself into?
