The wolves of the family

I woke up the next morning to howling so I walked out, I looked around and saw nothing around. I smelt something, it didn't smell right. My nose felt like it was burning then it spread to my face, to my head, to my arms, to my chest, and from my chest to my legs and I think I passed out. I woke up feeling different and looked around and realized I could see farther and better and I can also smell better! I feel better too! I looked down and I had paws! I ran and ranit felt so good. I stopped at a lake and looked down and I was a wolf! I walked around in my wolf form for a while until I found my families car. I had that burning feeling again. So I looked in the rear view mirror. I was back to myself! I looked inside the car and my parents bodies were gone! I found drag marks! Then I found a old book that was buried in the glove department it had our family crest on it. I looked through it and it had on it a legend of my family specifically my great great grandfather and grandmother being able turn into wolfs! It all made sense then! Why my parents were always gone on the full moon. I continued through the book and found many things and about many creatures but this didn't interest me at the moment. I kept looking for the reason as to why someone would want to kill my family and I found it. My family was wolf shifters even if we are not able to. My brother did have that chance. It wrote that we were one of the most powerful creatures aside from dragons. So our race were enemies of many creatures. As always every race has a weakness ours was near the end of a certain month it changes every year so it was never able to be predicted. This was that month. We are greatly weakened on that month. The book also stated that my race was dying there were only two families left mine and the Ambersons but they disappeared long ago with no trace. I then heard voices again I was about to run but someone stopped me. It was a tall and scary man I couldn't stop myself from changing into a wolf. He laughed and said "Well little wolf aren't you a lively one. Don't worry I won't hurt you. Instead why don't you let me help you I'm a teacher at a school for kids like you. Why don't you join us?" I sat there for a while wondering if I could trust the man. Without me knowing I changed back. The man then said to me "There isn't that better my name is Jeffery why don't you follow me to the the car and tell me your story Little wolf." I guess I trust him so I'll follow him and hope he isn't here to kill me. I told him but almost forgot to tell him my name but he still calls me Little wolf to this day.
