Marriage on same day?

I realised my mistake and wanted to be atleast friends with her. Divi came in with her husband .They both looked nice together. All of the people who gathered there knew who I was getting married to. But, I didn't know it.

Both my friends and Uttara's friends together got into the club and hungout together.

All of them were dancing.Me and Uttara were just chilling."So what's special? Why hosting a party?" I asked her. "I'm getting married on Monday. My parents selected the groom. I don't know who it is. But I trust them." She said.

After I digested this fact, I realised she was in a situation similar to mine. "I'm also getting married on the same day.I also don't know who my bride is.I trust my parents too." I told.

She started laughing. That is when a random man put his hands on her."Excuse me.Take your hands off me!" she shouted. When he didn't, I punched him and got her out of his clutches."Thank you" she said irritated and ran towards the washroom. "Oh god! Thanks Varun!" Divi told tensed. Out of curiosity, I asked her why.

"Actually Varun, you can see Uttara has a very nice body and full figure. But she is not that easy going. She might mingle with people but she can't be like us. " I was puzzled.

"Out of everything, she never even lasted with a guy long. She doesn't let anybody touch her other than Adi , whom she considers close." I was shocked.

"She still is not open to one night standsand never sleeps with any guy randomly maybe only when she is into them. Only selected guys she will move forward and leave them if she isn't happy. When she comes across something like this, it's obvious that she will get irritated." saying this she went back to the dance floor.

I then organised my thoughts 'So she is this kind of a girl. I wonder whom she is getting married to. Hope that guy takes good care of her.' I thought.

By this time, she had returned and sat next to me. Her eyes were swollen and red, I understood she was mad about what had happened earlier. But she smiled at me.

Then, I decided to take her to the dance floor. We both danced together and everyone were commenting that we looked good together.

After one song, we came back to our seats. I asked her why she trusted her parents with the groom. She told no matter who he is, even if he didn't like her, they could atleast be friends and maybe proceed their relationship.
