I agreed

It's been six months that I'm in America. I got used to the working and the people around me. Nandy and Harsh got married last month, they went to Thailand for their honeymoon. I was spending most of my time in the company and with my cold aura all the staffs respected me. I was still being shipped with Sarah. Every weekend I'm going to clubs after work with Sarah.Sometimes I spend my night with Sarah or any other girl to whom I'm attracted. My breakfast is still eggs and bread or instant noodles.

My phone was ringing. "Hello Varun ! We have completed all the rituals and you just need to get married to Mr. Sparsh's daughter on Monday . Come home quick. Mamma is missing you!" mom told.

"Yeah mom! Ill be there on Saturday!" I told. My mom then cut the call. I wasn't even excited to know who my bride was. I just didn't want to get involved with her. That is when the door opened "Mr. Varun... Congratulations on getting married." Sarah told. I could feel she was feeling bad. Anyway she wasn't my girlfriend that I ditched. She then left the room. I saw her smirking and doubted what problems she will cause."Well forget it Varun. Let's pack to go back home." thinking, I left my office for home. I packed my luggage and left for India. After hours of journey, I reached and I got into the airport to see my parents waiting for me. I greeted them and we went home.

Uttara's Point of View

I reached home from hanging out with my friends that is when my mom and dad approached me "Uttara your getting married this Monday. I'm happy for you" mom told.

Dad was also very happy.

I had no reason to reject the marriage. I had no boyfriend nor any crush so I agreed for this marriage. I was least interested in knowing who my bridegroom was. I then took a shower and went to throw a bachelor's party for my friends.

My parents asked me whether I wanna know the bride's name."You both would have selected the best women for me . I have no doubt in that." saying this I left home to throw a bachelor's party to my friends.

When I went to the club, I saw her - Uttara. She was with her group of friends dancing. When she noticed me"Hello Varun! It's been long. How are you?" she asked.

"Yeah dude it's been long. I'm all good!How are you?"

"I know. I heard it from Adi. He met you in America when he came there for his honeymoon." I was shocked. I thought she liked him. And honeymoon? was he married.

When i further asked her she told me that he got married next day after Divi's wedding. She also told that he was her best brother and she trusted him in everything. Then I realised I was misunderstanding her for nothing back then.
