In hiding

"are you okey?" I nodded "it is alot to take in huh?" I nodded again. I watched his lips move. I crawled to him. not breaking eye contact. His hand pressed against my cheek. I kiss him. His lips seperate and his tongue meets mine.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

He pushes me up and tells me to be quiet. And hide but it was too late. An older man walks on with guard around him.

Lester jumps up "Father!!!"

I dont move. His fathers eyes are glued on me.

He motions for the guards to me and they snatch me from the bed and my sheets fall. I am completely exposed. I cry. "please" i scream. Lester runs to me and breaks on of the guards arms. He is so quick i barley seen him. " Let her go!" He screams.

He apologises to me and grabs the sheet. He wipes my tears from my face and puts me behind him.

" You dare disobey your father? The King! All for this human girl?" his father furious. flames in his eyes.

I feel Lester grab onto my arm and grips it tight.

" She is the Mark's daughter and she is HALF human Father. We are bonded. You know the Law. Leave her be! " His fathers face snaps to me. He walks closer. Tears fill his eyes.

He nods and heads out.

" I expect to see you both at dinner. We have alot to discuss. And Miss Marks. I sincerely apologize." then he left. He still looked angry.

Lester flus around checkong my body. " Freya my love... Are you okey? Are you hurt." I see tears fill his eyes.

How could I do this to her. She could ha e been killed. it is all my fault!

I put my hand on lesters face. He looks at me.

" I'm okey Lester. Relax We are fine." How can i not know this man yet feel such love for him. All i know is I can never leave him. I must keep him safe.

We dress in silence for the most part. I can still see the fear in his eyes.

He finishes before me and sits at the edge of the end waiting i suppose. I am half dressed and i cant finish cuz all i want to do it take his pain away. I walk to him.

"Lester?" he looks up at me.

"Yes freya?" he responds.

The only words the could leave my mouth were " I love you." I had never said it before and tears started to fall. I love him. And it sound's crazy. But i did. it hurt me to see him hurt.

He grabbed me carrying his face in my chest. hugging me. I hear him say he loved me too. We held eachother for a moment and he looks up and smiles.

How can this soft beautiful creature love me? If only she knew the evil I have done. But for now I'll take it. because it may seem crazy. But i am madly inlove with Freya Marks.
