Now the more that i read this I think I understand the true intention of the king on why he sent our FL in the cold palace. I think its because he doesn't want her to die due to the fight for the throne like what happen to Princess Sophia (I think thats her name, the daughter of the 3rd concubine) But that doesn't explain why he never visited her!
