Chapter 5. Another Point of View

Kyle's PoV .. •-•

It's truly a good day to just sleep !, don't ya think ??. I grunted at the thought of school... Monday, to be exact. Darn that evil day !!.

I forced my body to get up and at the very least, wash up.

" UGGH !! MONDAY " . the last words I said before the cold water of the shower hits me. I can't wait for the next summer break.

I was walking to school. Yes I'm walking because guess what ?? My bike was destroyed.. by that evil sis of mine. My day couldn't get any worse.

" *You know what Dret ?? "

" What ? "

" I think you're hiding something from me "

" Why would you think that, bitch ? "

" Oh my god , mr. Crybaby. How could you call me like that ?! "

" Pfft.. Okay, I'll shut up* " ..

I saw this two students next to me being real close to each other. Friends ? .. I don't have those. They only come to me because of my money and I am aware of it. Those girls made it so obvious. I wish I had a friend. A real friend. I sighed.

" Hey you ! "

Huh?? I think someone called me. I turned to the two students who was talking earlier. I pointed a finger at me. I see them nod and I walked towards them. The guy literally grabbed my shoulder and hugged me. Hugged me ??! .. I was .. what ?? .. I shoved him out of that hug and he just stood there, emotionlessly. I was super confused.

" Sorry boy, that girl over there dared me to hug you for 50 bucks. " He said and waved at me and ran.

A dare ?? ... Oh my god, did I just let him use me ? .. I can't believe I'm also a fool. I grunted again and went to class.

I was walking to the classroom and guess what I saw . .. I saw those two.. Those two. !! . This is so awkward. No, this will be. I still haven't approach them. I sat on my seat, plugged in my headphone and looked at the sky through the window.

Even my headphone couldn't cover the shout. Nah, who the heck was that !? Never mind that person , IMMA BEAT THE SHIT OUTTA HIM !! I stood up and .. .. glared at a.... girl ? I must be wrong. I looked around the classroom and followed everyone's eyes.... to the girl ? .. It was a girl ?? Pretty sure I heard a guy ...

That girl approached me and tapped my shoulder.. What the hell... is going on ?? Wait.. up.. That girl looks familiar..

I knew that voice and that ugly face was so familiar..

" NAEMI ??! " I asked.

" Hey, prick ! I knew you were he-- " She answered. Oh, and what is that uncontinued line ?? Well. I hugged her. I miss her so much !!! 5 years of not meeting ?!! Of course I'll hug this ugly bitch !! We were best of friends ! I MISS HER !!!

I couldn't let go of her until I heard her sayin..

" ICE, STOP---THA---CAN'T.. " then she pushed me..

" Huuh huuh ... I COULDN'T BREATH, YOU LUNATIC ! I ALMOST DIED !! " oh, she's still the same ol' Naemi..

" Sorry, but .. Darn bich I missed you " I was almost like a girl. I knew it shocked a lot of people.. including me but whatevs.. It was our time.

" I asked aunt to take me back here, thank her " .. she answered and took her seat which was next to mine. Hehe, I saved that seat for a very long time just for her.

Wait up guyss !!!.. Still me, Kyle. I just hope you don't see us . I mean, Naemi and Me as a couple or something to ship because we are the best of friends, super. We are like those gay friends , have an unbreakable bond for we have been together since our first words so if you were building a ship, please destroy it now yourself.

" Why did you bully me ? " Hmm... I wonder ..

" Hehe. You wanna know ? .. Well it's becaus--- " " OOF " ... someone suddenly bumped into him. Oh god .. I hope Dret can take it easy..

I know he can beat thousands of people so I'm asking you , my lord of Chocolates and food to spare this poor girl's body from that bad guy called Dret.. I pray to the lord of Foods and Chocolates, Amen.

" Oh my god, I'm so sorry ... I didn't mean to bump into- Oh god ! " I saw her apologizing then tried to lift her head up so guess who she saw ?? ... Yup, she was scared. Who wouldn't be ?? This is Dret we're talking about . That boy who beated almost 3/4 of the students when he was in middle school.. He was asked why he did that and he answered.. He was bored.

In short, Never mess with a guy who beat people out of boredom..

Loren got up and wiped the dirt on her. She ran again after some seconds. Why was she running ? ...

I bumped into someone. A boy ?? .. Thank god I didn't fell over and immediately balanced myself.

" *bow* I'm sorry .. but have you seen a girl with brown, wavy hair with a beautiful face and she was wearing umm.. a headphone. Yes , a headphone .. Umm, did you ? "

" Ohh, the girl !! yup, she went somewhere around there .. " I pointed towards the end of the hallway.

" Thanks " . The words he said and he ran like olympic final round style. I think he's fast but.. Not as fast as me. Pfft. I chuckled a small laugh and went on with my walk with Dret.

Darn, you mutherfriking Mathematics !! Just why in the world were you the first subject ?? .. One more confusing problem and I'll really sign a complaint to the world of Math and those geniuses who created math . I'll kick their asses off and shout at them like how do you motherfvkers expects everyone to be the same and learn Math like it was no big deal. !!! ? .. You can guess it.. My worst grade is planted in my Math grade. 86% ?? .. I'm also a nerd but this doesn't makes sense. I thought all nerds would be good at Math but here we are.

RRING RRING RRING .. !!!

YES !!! IT'S TIME !! SCHOOL'S OVER !!! .. this is the best time of all for the students, including me. I had the biggest smile planted on my face while I was packing my things.. hehe.. I'm going home !! .

My phone vibrated. It was a call..

" Ice ... Don't come home.. "

" Ehh ?? Why sis ?? "

" Ju--Just please ?? ! " She was about to cry. I could hear her whimpers.

" Not gonna listen until I hear the reason " .. I am a disobedient child. I get that a lot.

" Gran....ma ... " She slowly said..

" Hmm. What about granny ?? Is she back from States ?? " . I asked, still humming that song from earlier.

" she... she.... " She said. Just what in the world is she saying. ?

" What ?? Gosh, can she hurry that up ?? !!

" DIED !! . KYLE !! GRANNY'S DEAD.. DON'T COME HOME, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT, IDIOT !! .. " she shouted and finally started bawling.

" Granny's ... what ? " A tear came running down my face as I hold back a load of tears. I ran to the parking lot so fast. Got onto someone else's bike, and drove back to the house as fast as I could. I already bursted out in crying while driving. I couldn't hold myself back from bawling either.

I got to the front gate and doors. I slammed it open and saw something so heartbreaking..

A white coffin in the middle of the house with all the lights and lamps turned on while my grandma is lying in there, lifeless..

I couldn't hold back my tears and just cried out loud. I couldn't feel my legs anymore and I didn't know that I was already kneeling. My sister came out of the kitchen and saw me bawling my heart out. She ran to me and hugged me. I needed comfort. I hugged her back but it didn't work. My heart was still broken. It wasn't enough comfort.

" Ice, go to your room. I know you need some time alone right now.. " she said.

" Mom and Dad will be home after work soon , you need to rest first. " she added..

I just got up to my feet, somehow and go to my room as my sister told me. She was right. I needed some time alone.

I cried... Crieddd and cried.

I'm at home right now. Leaning back on my chair, I slowly brought the memories from earlier..

*Earlier...

I walked to Dret right after the bell ringed. It was time for lunch! My favorite subject..

" Shall we ?? " I said .

" Sure " he answered back. No worries, we were only going for lunch. I'm hungry*.

*at the cafeteria....

" Woah !! What the hell... " He said.

I slapped his mouth with no hesitation

" NO BAD WORDS ALLOWED ..shht. " I answed back hoping he wouldn't do that again. ..

" for real ? "

" Yes. That is considered as a disreapectful word so don't EVER do it again. "

He set out a side-grin and nodded. I let out a sigh of relief , hoping he would honestly listen to me..

" I'm hungry.. " .. I just said that. Yup, I'm hungry. My stomach was grumbling non-stop. I felt empty.. in my stomach I mean.

" Behave your rumbling stomach, we're almost at the front. " ... how dare he lecture me ?? It's not like I can control my stomach's rumbling, not until I put food in my mouth or something. I was super hungry and hungry enough to just let an arguement pass by so I just sigh and nodded..

I sat in one of the seats which was next to the big window so I can properly see outside of the building. It was a great view. You'd regret not seeing . The sun wasn't shining at us, the clouds were calm, the air was fine.. Everything was good. I got my food. By the way , my food consisted of some meat , vegetable soup, a slice of strawberry cake, a piece of chicken drumstick and fried rice. We choose our own food too. Cool, isn't it ?.. We were different. It was our town. Everyone was very hardworking.. Kids were amazing. Job practices starts at the age of 14 so we , 18 years old already experienced a lot of things. Anyways ! Enough of this stupid thoughts.

I saw Dret and motioned him to come and sit here. He never really had friends so I'm guessing this is his first time having lunch with someone. I guess i'm honored.. My friends couldn't care less that I'm sitting with Dret today. I guess they did something bad again without telling me and agreed because they didn't wanna be scolded. huhh, I sighed. They really need another lecture again from me.

" Can I really sit with you ? " .. Dret asked. Huhh , I guess he never really ate with someone before.

" Those girls don't wanna be scolded " I said pointing at the girls .. " so yes, You can " .. I answered.

He giggled. God, I hope I can see his smile everyday. It made my day more amazing. That giggle was so... CUTE. Hmm ! Eve ! Snap back ! .. You can't , You won't and You will not. Now act normal. !

We just sat and ate and maybe talked a bit. It was just about everyday things and yeah.. Nothing much . After lunch , the class goes on again ..

Hey guyzz, so I took my time on making this because... Yeah, it's almost exam period and I realized I haven't really studied so yeahh... .. IT'S SUFFERING TIME !! Congrats to me ! ( note that obvious sarcasm ) .. I'd have to go through 9 whole books and yeah I can't probably do that so I'll just do my best. Another thing guys, I'm gonna make another chapter all about the new characters .. so Yeah.. Do I really need to announce that ? . So anyways, hehe..
