Episode 8

Nadia' POV

I'd decided to leave school early since I felt exhausted from the eventful weeks plus using my strength on those girls made most of my wounds on my chest rip open in, I definitely didn't want to have anyone see the blood stains on my shirt. When I got home I took a shower than asked my father to stitch my wounds again making him look at me very unpleased so I apologized and told him it was an accident, afterwards I decide to rest on my futon when my phone rings suddenly making me ignore it then I shut off my phone for some time to be alone feeling to tired to even speak.

I end up laying down till 7 o'clock making me get up and head downstairs to find Cristian and Jimmy in the living room discussing todays fight with my father as I give out a low growl I catch their attention. My father looks at me with a very worried look saying "Nadia didn't I tell you to keep a low profile ... I can't believe you are acting out this way, don't tell me your human friends are causing this issue upon you." I sigh "That's not true this all happened because of these stupid mutts you've invited into our home not to mention our territory!"," Quiet! he says continuing "You will not be attending school until you gain control of yourself as well you will be distancing yourself from these "friends" I growl angrily "How you dare tell me I need distance ! I-" It has already been done you will be taking lessons at home from a private tutor and these two shall decide themselves if they want to continue school or leave it I can care less of them as long as they create no disturbances". I slam my fist into the coffee table causing it to burst into pieces from the force then I rush out the house slamming the door.

I quickly hop into my truck then speed off to the highway as I grip the steering wheel tightly cursing under my breath 'I don't even do anything wrong and that stupid little mutt still goes telling on me!" I bite my lip causing my lip to bleed ignoring it and driving to the beach between our territories. I park and end up exploring the forest area behind the beach and heading to a cliff not too far from it, as I get there I sit down at the edge when something appears behind me causing me to growl when I suddenly get nudged turning and seeing a large pure white wolf with grey sock pactches on his paws noticing immediately who it is. "Why have you come? and in wolf form at that Jimmy?" I ask , "You know I've never had a dog before would you like to fill in the space for that?" he then growls and nudges my back. "Okay okay I guess that's a no huh" hmm it is nice though to sit beside something bigger than me and full of fur at that petting him makes me feel... suddenly my thoughts are interrupted by him nuzzling me then curling up beside me after yawning making me lay beside him. After a while of staying like that I feel him get up and nudge me making me open my eyes and look at him as he nods his head to go I say "Go get dressed I'll wait for you at the beach I parked my truck there" then got up and stretched as he nods running off instantly.

Walking back to the truck I feel his presence right before I get there making me turn, as he runs over to me and pats my back he says "Next time don't go running off on your own nor smashing a table it was nice now it's all broken" chuckling after he says that walking to the truck then suddenly grabs my shoulders making me face him "Keys ? I want to drive" he says I just shrug and give them to him hoping into the passenger seat. We head out down a route I think is heading near the outskirts of town as I turn my head I stare at him curiously when I get ready to speak he says "We're almost there don't worry I'm not plotting to kill you", I respond with a chuckle "That's very suspicious". After a little while he finally stopped and parked on a rocky path, we both get out as he passes me my keys he begins to speak "I should explain why we were at your place right?, and why we even spoke about what had happened today..." I just look at him with a blank expression as i process what he said then say " Is this the reason why you brought me here? If so do understand I don't care for your excuse nor the story you are going to use to back up you or your brother" after that I turn away to look at the distant view of the city buildings. When he suddenly says " Instead of being a brat why don't you stop complaining and analyze about what is going on around you. For your information, your father pulled you out of school because of the risks of being exposed as well for your well being, you probably haven't even looked at yourself in the mirror but you look like a decaying flower" as he rants on I turn to look at my reflection noticing the dark circles beneath my eyes and my hair and skin sickly faded. "We aren't supposed to look like this...it can't be possible, how on earth did this happen..." I say falling to my knees hiding my ghastly image as he kneels down he says gently, "Vampires end up this way from lack of blood, your father says you hardly feed and you have been recently injured to a point that you even needed blood to heal fast but you haven't even healed. You lost track of taking care of yourself by the chaos and you are completely right it was our fault for this mess but we are here to patch that up so we don't ruin the contract, so we decided to speak to your father about taking you out of school we even said we would protect your friends till you got back". He looks down then bites his lip "You are worrying everyone even Cristian is worried, as pack leader he feels responsible for whatever situation he causes or gets involved with, so go home and clear things up stop being a brat and accept some time off "then making me nod at his request I quickly get up and jump into my car then speed off home.

He's right I keep forgetting myself in the chaos which caused me to go blind from my surroundings I'm such a fool to be scolded by werewolves...hm but even so it isn't to bad to be scolded from an outsider once an while I think to myself chuckling softly.
