I went to school as usual, and as expected, everyone stared at me and gossiped. I didn't mind them and took my seat.
While I was just sitting, Val came up to me and gave me a slap full og anger.
"How could you, you said that you wanted me to be happy, but are you really serious? I already won, I already have him, so stop fighting it."
I just glared at her and she walked away. The whole morning I was holding my face with a towel. I thought that it was just useless to go to school with so much problems, but then I remembered about what Gab said, and it made me excited.
When the bell ranged, I rapidly stood up and went to the front door. There, I saw Gab holding a flower and a box of chocolate, and a lot of girls staring at him.
"Hey Della I missed you." Gab said while hugging me.
"I missed you to co- uh I mean Gab."
"So how's it going baby?"
My eyes widen as I heard him say 'Baby' infront of the whole class.
"I told you already just go with the flow." Gab whispered to me as he noticed that I was a bit shocked.
And as he wanted it to be, I did go with the flow, and so we talked a bit until he had to go. When I went back to my seat, a lot of girls came close.
"What's his name?"
"What school does he go in?"
"How old is he?"
"Is he a model?"
A lot of questions followed after that, and I answered all of them.
"Is he your bestfriend?"
I heard a familiar voice at my back, and when I turned around, I saw Jim. I didn't wanna answer him, so I just ignored him. When the day ended, I went home early, I went straight to Gab and thanked him.
"That's all I could help, now, everything is up to you."
After all that it went back to normal. When I went to school, we had an activity, so I went to the bathroom and changed my clothes. Before I could even go out, I heard Val's voice.
"Hey. Oh yeah. Don't worry, you're my one and only love."
I didn't know what she would say next, so the only thing that came up to my mind is to record what she's about to say.
"Jim? Why? What about him? I'm just playing him because of his money. Ok bye."
I was shocked of what I heard. After Val left the bathroom I didn't know what else to do but run towards Jim. When I got to Jim, I couldn't speak directly because I was panting.
"Woah breathe. What's wrong?"
I didn't answer his question and just gave him the record. He listened to the record and I can see his eyes starting to get furious.
