chapter 3. second day

sona got ready. she was getting scared thinking ' what if riya is late today also. what if I have to meet that devil man by myself. what if he asks me about my past grades. fuckkkkkk. what will I do' and she left the house. when she reached near the entrance of the tutions, there he was standing, the devil man, talking to a student. seeing him she instantly got furious, even she didn't know why, but she was very angry on him and at the same time scared. she lowered her eyes and started walking towards the tution. what she had thought was to enter inside the class without catching his attention but her luck wasn't so good. "sonakshi right. u have to go to class c. u have english lecture by radhika ma'am" he said to her. she nodded and went inside. he looked at her once and then continued talking to the student. sona's heart was beating rapidly. no no not due to attraction but due to fear. luckily today riya was on time. She ran and sat beside her friend. so riya asked her ' did u see he is standing on the door' and sona told her not to talk about the devil man. after radhika ma'ams lecture was over there was a bright smile on sona's face. radhika was awesome. she taught so well and made the session a lot fun by adding her jokes and showing videos on ppt. sona was excited for Maams next lecture also. later mr.devil came inside the class and announced about the 1st unit tests which were going to be conducted in June 1st week, although it was just april now. he had said 'don't take it lightly. u all need to score well in these tests and for that start preparing from now only. Passing ninth is tougher than passing tenth. remeember it' saying this he smiled and left. all students were shocked. it was just the second day and they had to start studying. everyone became gloomy but they knew about thier miserable fate before only when they joined this tution.

those two months passed very quickly. even before they could realize, the students had got thier time tables for the test and it was just a week away. everyome panicked and started studying. sona was shocked Because her rather lazy friend riya was also putting all her efforts. sona also studied hard. she wanted to set a good impression by scoring well in the first test. although the portion for these test was not that vast, a few chapters from all subjects, but the tests were conducted in a very professional manner. it felt as if they were proper school exams. sona's papers went good. not great though but she was happy. when they results came out she had scored pretty good. she and her parents both were happy but she still couldnt set up an image in the classes. till date no one knew her much..not even the teachers. for everyone she was, Riya the talkative girl's friend. but she didn't mind it. she has always been like this. riya also scored pretty good. sona was fine. but she wanted to be happy. there was nothing new. she felt she was still in 8th. still the same neglected sona from her school. but she didn't know all of this was going to change soon.
