chapter three : you're mine

She stepped back staring at it in fear. She no longer felt safe around it. She didn't feel the need to be around it anymore

She was scared

It was attacking her , not physically but mentally. It exceeded a dark, powerful aura that horrified her and did things to her

She turned back to run but found her self pressed against the wall with the shadow hovering over her. She struggled to break free but to no avail

"Don't bother Fauozia, you can't run away from me" it's voice came out like a whisper, yet it was hoarse

"Who are you??"

It ignored her question. She couldn't see what it looked like or its face but she could feel it's gaze on her body . She felt completely naked under his gaze

"You're beautiful" it said " you shouldn't have let him touch you fauozia "

Fauozia squeezed her face in confusion " what? " As much as she was trying to be brave, her voice cracked and she hated it . She hated being weak

"You're lucky ,You did nothing more with him. But you'll still get punished " it leaned in closer taking in her scent

Fauozia held her breath and closed her eyes. She couldn't move . She wanted to get away from all of this and most importantly him. It wasn't the shadow she remembered.....it wasn't the shadow that always seemed to be protecting her. It was something else ..... something completely different.

"Remember this Fauozia " it whispered "you are mine and mine alone "

"Your Highness"

"It was a dream" Fauozia whispered staring at the maid that had drawn her back to reality. She looked around again but couldn't feel it's presence

"It's just a dream" she murmured again then burst into tears hugging her knees. She felt so pathetic. She was so scared . She no longer felt safe....she only felt a sense of security when she was with it but now, she didn't know what to think anymore. It was after her just like that man

"Why is my life so miserable" she wept pulling her hair.

She heard the door open and close and assumed that it was the maid going to get Don. She didn't want him to see her like this, she was a mess

" Your Highness "

She looked up meeting a pair of concerned blue eyes

" Don "

She threw herself in his arms " Don" she sobbed uncontrollably

"It's okay, am here" he comforted her, rubbing her back gently. He stood there letting her cry for a while before carrying her in a bridal style to the bed. He laid her gently on the bed

"Feeling better?? "

She nodded "was it a nice nightmare??? " he asked. She nodded

"Wanna tell me about it??? "

She was silent for a while staring at the wall behind him " no "

He smiled " do you want me here " he asked

Again, she nodded. He laid down beside her. He put his arms about her shoulder and brought her close to him.she rested her head on his chest with her eyes closed listening to the beat of his heart. Still with his warm embrace she didn't feel safe.....he felt different, not like the Don she knew. This Don beside her exuded a different aura. Fauozia looked up at him . Suddenly, she wanted to hold him and to touch him, she wanted to kiss him and stroke his hair. She tried to speak but her voice trembled and words would not come out

Don tucked a handful of her hair behind her ear . He held her shoulder gently, and the muscles of his face worked with tenseness as he drew her close. Fauozia lifted her face to him

"Kiss me Don"

That was the last straw. Those words alone coming from Fauozia made Andryc loose all wits. He couldn't wait any longer, he was going to kill Don and punish that woman. He stormed out of his room and walked down the hall with a strong desire to kill. As if taking everything from him wasn't enough, he had to manipulate Fauozia.....he wasn't going to spare him!

"ANDRYC !"

"Fuck " Andryc cursed under his breath ignoring the voice behind him

"ANDRYC! "

Who the hell let this moron in??

The owner of the voice was now close to Andryc. He threw his arm over his shoulder and grinned at Andryc.

" You really need to control this anger of yours Andryc "

"What do you want?" Andryc asked

"Came to visit my favourite person in the whole world but it seems that I came at the right time. Where are we going???" He grinned

"Nowhere " was Andrycs response as he turned around heading back inside

'As far as this moron is here, I can't kill Don, he will definitely find a way to stop me '

Andryc thought walking into the throne room. He had to get rid of Tybait . The ugly scene of Fauozia and Don making love kept on playing in his head and it was killing him . Tybait stopped on his track and stared at Andryc

" what?"

"Did something happen to sister-in-law" Tybait asked

"Which of the servants let you in "

Tybait smirked " they didn't I had to sneak in, noone will let me in " he feigned a hurt Express " I can't believe you told them not to let me in Andryc"

Andryc walked into the throne room and sat down. He threw his head back and closed his eyes trying so hard to calm his nerves

"I thought we were going somewhere" Tybait said

"Where's Horrart ?"

Tybait suddenly became tense and his expression serious

" He is still on the mission. I went to see him before I came here...." He paused " do you really think involving the White Witch is a good idea , convincing them to join us will be hard "

" I know but I have what they want, they have no choice but to help me ...... "
