Chpt!1 -_- Judgement

Year 2020 High court...

"Order, order maintain silence", judge screamed "case no. 2010 aug 21,...let the court begin"....

I stood up from the right as a defense lawyer,... as my first case and also something personal...

bowing and greeting to the judge I started but was stopped by opposition lawyer.

"Mr.Sandeep... "😂😂🤣 laughing loudly "can I ask you why did you reopen the case of 10years ago isn't it childish or foolishness of you because filing a case against one of the biggest businessman of India most importantly on ur own dad......."

I replied in anger tone "Mr.Gagan, what's wrong in filing a case against my dad is there any rule opposing it"

Judge banged "Mr.Gagan take your seat you will get your turn"

"Yes, my Lord" he replied in soft voice.

Judge glared at me as if he didn't care about the case and asked in casual way "Mr.sandeep continue your statement"

"Yes, my Lord" I started,

"On August 21,2010...4:23 the watchman who used to go to factory early in the morning found a girls dead body her name was sarita shanivaar, daughter of factory owner Srikanth shanivaar who was accused of killing his only daughter as he was found next to her with knife and he was punished as life imprisonment for torture and murder of his daughter, according to postmortem report she wasn't raped or sexually abused but was continuously tortured for two days and cruelly been murdered..." before I can continue I was stopped by judge...

"We know what happened... don't waste the court time, do you have all the proof that he wasn't killer"

I gave an uneasy smile and replied, "there is no patience to anyone, ok let me skip it and start with telling you three stories,then you can decide by yourself"

"Mr.Sandeep this is not a kindergarten to start a story show us the proof",Mr. gagan replied.

"I have only two solid proofs to prove Mr.Srikanth's innocence, one is the 3 stories and the other is the diary written by the dead girl so please let me tell you them and you can decide it by yourself"

"Mr. Sandeep this isn't guess game so just submit the proof"

"Mr.gagan how many children do you have"I asked.

"Two girls" replied Mr.gagan.

"So for the sake of your daughters let me continue the proof, if it's not upto mark I swear I will leave the job" I started beg in sadness...

Mr.gagan was about speak and stop my statement.

Judge got interested in my words he screamed "Objection over ruled,.....ok, Mr. Sandeep you can tell them but if you lie or waste the court time you will lose your job... "

I cried in happiness " thankyou my Lord, 😭"

"so what are you going to begin with",Mr.gagan replied.

"I think I will tell you the stories later" I replied "let me start the case with the diary which I got in my school reunion, I call it as diary of dead dreams... "

😁sorry it's my first novel so I don't have any sense how to write a novel.... tried my best enjoy it......
