5. The Wolf Unleashed

[Scene: Adrik’s Penthouse – Midnight, minutes after the kiss]

The guard dragged in a man, beaten and bloodied, his eyes darting with fear.

Adrik’s expression turned from smoldering lover to cold, lethal beast. His suit jacket slid off, sleeves rolled up, tattoos on his forearm revealed—the wolf insignia that made men tremble.

Adrik (voice like venom, Russian accent thickening):

“You dared to spy on me… outside my woman’s house?”

Ivanya stiffened. His woman? The words hit her harder than the gunshot she expected.

The spy stammered, “P-Petrov… he sent me—”

Adrik’s fist crashed into the man’s jaw before he could finish. The sound echoed through the room like thunder.

Adrik (growling, eyes blazing with fury):

“You say his name again, and I’ll carve it off your tongue.”

Ivanya’s heart pounded. She should be terrified, but her perfectionist mind noticed something else—every move of his was controlled, precise, as if even his violence was an art.

[The Interrogation]

Adrik grabbed the spy by the collar, slamming him against the glass wall overlooking Mumbai.

Adrik (low, deadly calm):

“What was your mission?”

The spy whimpered, “To… watch the girl… Ivanya Rathore…”

Ivanya gasped. Her name on a traitor’s lips—it made her blood run cold.

Adrik’s rage exploded. He pressed the barrel of his gun to the man’s forehead.

Adrik (snarling, eyes flashing with possession):

“She is mine. Do you understand? Mine to protect. Mine to love. Mine to kill for. If anyone touches her—if anyone even looks at her—I’ll turn their world into ash.”

Ivanya’s breath caught. No man had ever claimed her like that—with fire, fury, and devotion twisted into one.

[Ivanya’s Inner Storm]

Her mind screamed: This man is dangerous. He’s a beast. This isn’t love—it’s madness.

But her heart whispered: This is the kind of madness I’ve craved all my life.

Her perfectionist side—the one who demanded order, balance, flawlessness—was shattering under his raw intensity. And yet… it felt liberating.

[Climax of the Scene]

Adrik pulled the trigger. A deafening bang. The spy dropped lifeless.

Ivanya froze, her body trembling, her eyes wide. Adrik turned to her, chest rising, eyes wild—but then he saw her face.

His rage melted into something else. Fear. Fear of her pulling away.

He stepped closer, his hand cupping her cheek, stained with blood.

Adrik (voice rough, almost pleading):

“Don’t look at me like I’m a monster. I kill because I must. But you… Ivanya… you’re the only reason I still breathe.”

Her lips parted, tears pricked her eyes. She should have run—but instead, she leaned into his touch.

Ivanya (whispering, trembling, yet bold):

“And what if I choose to stay in your fire, Adrik? What if I don’t want to run?”

His lips crashed onto hers. This time, it wasn’t just passion—it was desperation, possession, a kiss that tasted like sin and salvation.

[Scene Ends – The Turning Point]

That night, under the Mumbai skyline, Ivanya realized something terrifying.

She wasn’t falling for Adrik Sokolov.

She was already his.
