Ep-1 (meeting with devil)

Today was another boring day of my life. As I woke up I received a call, ooh my god I hate it.

**I received the call** EUN JI ! Did you get there, I hope you are not late this time? **as always I have nothing to say** sir, it's okay I will be there in an hour. **I stood up and headed towards the bathroom**.

**after sometimes I came out**. I was a lawyer, nowadays, I was handling a case, a case of Rhys Grayson, a victim of a warehouse murder. He was a witness of the murder and my work was to find out the truth** ahh I know it's boring as hell, but I have to be at his house in 30 minutes. **I get ready and step outside** **I walk through the street** my mind was racing with so many thoughts**as far as Rhy Grayson told me that he wasn't the murderer, so now it's my duty to find out. **I continued to walk, but then I saw a coffee shop and I entered to buy myself a cold drink** I came out with a cold drink bottle**

"You don't have to do this" **but the man raises his hand to stop him and tells me to continue, I start wiping his shirt, I can smell the cigarette and his perfume of strawberry flavour and something else, I can't say it surely but maybe gunpowder.** "It's done, I am really sorry, I didn't mean to." **then one of the men interfered** "sir we are getting late" **he gets in the car without saying anything** And I was like how rude... *my phone rings again, I looked at the screen then I realised that I was also getting late* *I head towards Rhys's house* * after sometimes I was there, I entered his house, but as I entered, I smelled gunpowder, And I guess that something is wrong** *I rushed upstairs and then I stumbled after seeing the scene.* **the man was dead.** *I dialed the police station* *after sometime the police were there* one of them asked me "miss you are the first one to get here" And I was like… So wait a second don't tell me that you are suspecting me.

"Sir CCTV footage". *an officer showed the man footage, who was asking me* *his eyes narrowed as he saw me*

"w..wh..at why ...are..you.. Staring at me…" *I said*

"Miss do you know him?" *he said*

"Rhys! Of course, I know him" *I said*

"I am not talking about him". *he said*

*my eyes widen* then who? *I asked*

"Leonard Stinson" *he said*

*I try to process* "is he my father-in-law?" *I said*

"What!" *he said confusedly*

"I mean how will I know him?"

*I said*

*he cleared his throat* "he is a Russian Mafia."

*I rub my chin with my fingers* "ooh I see" *I said*

*his brow raised* "don't play dumb".

*I clear my throat* "Rhys is dead, how sad, and you are asking me so many questions, don't you feel sad." *I said*

"You are the one who killed him, sorry, with your partner". *he said*.

*My jaw drop* what! Me! With my partner! *I was shocked*

*then he shows me the footage, It was the man I met earlier*

What! You are misunderstood, I don't know him, I don't even know he is a Mafia. *I said*

*he laughed bitterly* "Am I blind, miss? We can clearly see you are kissing him on his neck *he said*

*I ran my hand through my hair*

"I was literally wiping his shirt because I spilled a drink on him"

*I said in my defense*

*he grabs my hand* "tell this in the prison". *he said*

*I pull back* "I am a lawyer, I know the Law, you can't arrest me, until you get the order from headquarters." *I said*

*he sighs* "playing around, okay then let's meet tomorrow when I have an arrest warrant with me". *he said*

*I look around as the Hospital's staff carried the dead body away and I head outside*

"This isn't over, I am going to arrest you tomorrow, don't even think about running away, I will find you." *he threatened me*

*i leave without saying anything*

*In the evening, i was laying on my bed, when i received a message from unknown number* "sweetheart, don't worry!". *I read the message* "is this the officer?"
