Chapter 01
Jungkook opened his eyes and struggled to adjust with the sunlight. It's a warm bright morning.
He stayed there at his bed lying comfortably not wanting to get rid of sleep.

*He was thinking something.*
Kim Jungkook
Miss you dad.
*He said and smiled sadly, closing his eyes.*
His phone beeped. He stretched his arm towards the bedside table and grabbed the buzzing gadget.
He opened the notification and there were so many messages, guess what it was his birthday.
His friends had spammed
his phone with wishes, but amongst all the messages which caught his
attention was a certain number which was not even saved in his contact. But he knew this number and the person. He opened it.

Happy Birthday. I wish you a healthy life and a bright shining future. °
Kim Jungkook
*He rolled his eyes at the message and scoffed ironically.*
The credit card company wished me much warmer than this.
*He stated with a not so impressed face.*

You have seen my message, I guess you are up then. Your gift is waiting downstairs, hope you would like it. If not then ask Eric to change it there are other options too. °
Jungkook again rolled his eyes throwing his phone on the bed. He knew it would be something huge and expensive.
Last time it was a brand new sports car, he was not a single bit interested to see what it was this time.
He dressed up and headed downstairs to find a whole house member standing in a row, just at the end of the stairs, looking at him smilingly. Including, Eric, Namjoon and Daisy.

*He stopped at the last step.*
They all bowed to him wishing him in unison, like nursery kids. ‘Happy Birthday Young Master.’ They rhymed.
Jungkook wanted to punch them all right at their noses for embarrassing him like that. But he stayed silent.
Kim Jungkook
*He just nodded his head trying to be polite, then went towards the dinning table.*
Eric and Namjoon also came and sat there on his either side. He looked at them with boring eyes.
Kim Namjoon
*He ruffled Jungkook's hair.*

Happy Birthday again, bun.
*He wished.*
Jungkook mouthed a thank you silently totally embarrassed. Then he looked at a very excited Eric, and rolled his eyes for the nth time today.

Okay, okay. You are as usual more excited than me for the gift. Bring it up then.
*He blurted out boringly.*
Sohn Young-Jae
*He brought out a paper from his briefcase and slid it towards Jungkook with a pen.*
Jungkook was puzzled. He looked down at the paper, read the first two lines then looked at Namjoon and back to Eric.

What's this? You say it I can't read the whole paper.
*He barked at the boy called Eric.*
Sohn Young-Jae
*He cleared his throat before starting.*
This paper is stating 'The Starlight' which is a grand luxurious shopping mall.
Sohn Young-Jae
It's built in multiplexes, theaters, spa, pool, restaurants, shops, massage parlor, game zone, etc.
Sohn Young-Jae
Is now yours. You, Kim Jungkook, is the new owner of it.
Sohn Young-Jae
It has been one year since the mall was inaugurated for this one year.

Master was the owner, but now you are the legal official owner of the place, and also, everything.

I repeat, every single thing inside this place including food, clothes, other materials, places and services tangible or intangible is free for you.
*Eric finished explaining.*

*Namjoon was surprised and shocked.*

*He was unfazed.*

And what are the other options which he mentioned? I mean, if I may know.
*Jungkook queried.*
Sohn Young-Jae
*Eric brought out two other papers from his briefcase, smiling proudly.*

*He pointed to the first one.*
An isolated island at the southeastern part of the country right at the middle of the sea, just one built in cottage and other facilities, only for you.

Second one, a luxurious cruise ship with seven-star services and all other features that a cruise ship should have. Only for you.
*Eric completed, smilingly.*
Jungkook was fuming in anger by now. Namjoon patted his shoulder and told him to calm down.
He did though after a few seconds. He looked at Eric with a devilish smirk on his face, and tilted his head to the side.

I want them all.
*He looked at him with a challenging gaze.*
Kim Namjoon
*His eyes widened.*
Jungkook—
Before Namjoon could say anything further the younger cut him off gesturing him with his hand.
Kim Jungkook
*He looked at Eric for a reaction.*
Sohn Young-Jae
Okay. Just sign these papers.
*He informed unbothered.*
This time Jungkook was shocked too. His mouth was also wide opened.
Sohn Young-Jae
*Eric understood the situation and confirmed the boy.*
Master had already bought all three of these for you.
Sohn Young-Jae
He just wanted to gift it to you one by one at every birthday of yours.
Sohn Young-Jae
But if you want these all at once you definitely can. He already told me this too.
*He informed.*
Jungkook was left all speechless there. But he would not let himself be defeated so he sassily signed them all.
Just to show that he was not at all affected by it, and headed outside the house hurriedly.

Master, young master, you didn't have your breakfast yet.

*Daisy kept calling after him, but the Jungkook didn't wait.*

*Jungkook exclaimed.*
