But this turned horrible... several women were arrested and beaten...few of them were even executed by the officials..

Selene was blamed for the death of revolting women and for all the chaos created in the empire..

But she was spared for being the Duke's daughter...but was beaten horribly by her parents when caught...

And was imprisoned in her own house for a year as punishment...

That day... Selene realised...she could do nothing...unless she had greater support in political heiracy...which her father had denied from the very beginning...

And getting the political support was almost impossible... therefore..she regretted her decision to not leave Valeria that day and settle in Eldoria...

but now she couldn't... because Valeria was in the frozen war against its neighbouring country Eldoria for past 3 years...

she regreted her decisions...now she was stuck with a man who was seemed dangerously obsessed with her..

Selene was lost in her thoughts...when suddenly she feels gentle lips pressed against her neck from behind..
